The 1987 April O'Neil was one of my favorite and a big inspiration for me. Others include Daphne from Scooby Doo and Lois Lane. In fact, Lois Lane's damsel in distress scene from the Superman cartoon "The Mad Scientist" is still one of my favorite scenes. The way she is grabbed then bound and gagged always stuck with me and I always wished I could trade places with her.
