i have a few it's hard to choose. this girl is hot but I don't know her name. She is a bondage model for bdsm gear in several places online in different websites.

Seeing Teri Hatcher tied up when I was a kid definitely gave me some feelings I didn’t understand at the time! Holly Manning easily has the longest catalogue…Cindy Schubert was who first introduced me to soft bondage modeling…and Cali Logan is iconic…but Gia Mancini, I think, was the best.

For cartoons…

Penny Gadget appealed to me as a “youthful” snoop when I was a kid: we were about the same age, so I liked the idea that I could theoretically get up to the same sort of adventures, and also get tied & gagged by the bad guys. XD
