As a dom, I would use whatever stuffing my sub prefers or is most comfortable with. I would enjoy the use of, maybe not "dirty" per se, but slightly worn socks or panties, as it adds a level of degradation/humiliation, but I completely understand the sub not wanting to use that.

But it's not that I don't like it, but rather that I prefer to have my mouth open to talk, or scream

But since I have to choose I will keep socks/underwear dirty/clean
