Website Migration Update

I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

**A Flashback to the Crime Fighting Couple that Would Always Get Caught, but always manage to get away ;)**

“Tighter Monique!”

“Ron!” She groaned, but pulled the knots behind his back harder. “I still don’t get why we’re doing this.”

“All apart the master plan,” Ron said with a flinch.

“And that is?”

“Operation help Kim get her mission mojo back!” he said with nod and tried wriggling out of his bonds. He didn’t want to admit it, but Monique did a pretty solid job. His hands were securely pinned behind him and it was impossible to move either arm from his sides. He wouldn’t be going anywhere anytime soon with his hands, and feet, like this.

“Don’t you think this just seems-” Monique eyed him up and down with a grimace. “a little excessive?”

“No way! You didn’t see what happened on our last mission!”

Even he struggled not to feel the second-hand embarrassment at the thought of it. It was supposed to be a normal mission. Drakken and Shego, stolen telecommunicators, no big. Until….it was. Shego got one good hit that sent Kim flying into the wall and they got away. And maybe that wouldn’t have been such a big deal…if she hadn’t already made a C on the Calculus midterm, taken a dive off the pyramid in cheerleading, and completely choked during a college interview in the same week.

“Maybe I’m just not cut out for this anymore,” she’d said begrudgingly later that night when the two made it back home.

“Oh come on KP, one bad week doesn’t mean you don’t have what it takes! You’re Kim Possible, you can do anything!” he said, hugging her from behind.

“Ron I….I’m just not sure okay? I’ve never choked this much before! And school is one thing, but saving the world is…I can’t make those kinds of mistakes!”

“But Kim-“

“I just have to think about this okay? Alone.” She kissed him and said goodnight, but he couldn’t help but feel a pang in his chest by the look of disdain on her face. So, of course, Ron Stoppable had to come up with a plan.

“Look, all Kim needs is a little boost,” he said as Monique glared back at him. “An easy mission with an easy goal will get her back on her feet in no time. So you remember what to do right?”

She nodded. “I get Kim, let her know someone’s captured you in the gym, she’ll come running and then Wade will….do his weird, nerd thing on the wall?”

“Projection mapping! When Kim gets here, you’ll hit the button on the communicator that lets Wade know to project the hologram of Shego.”

The night before, Ron worked the whole thing out with Wade. As long as someone else had the communicator, Wade would be able to send data through and adapt the front light of the device to project a realistic version of Kim’s arch foe.

“She’ll fight, she’ll win, she’ll free me and BAM! Kim’s got her confidence back.”

Monique uncrossed her arms with a smirk. “I STILL think this is doing a little too much. But I gotta admit, it’s sweet that you’re willing to go this far just to help lift your girlfriend’s spirits.”

“Of course,” he said with a shrug. “She’s my girl. I know she’s amazing, but I need her to know that too. Quick, get the tape and go get her before someone finds out we’re in here.”

“Ugh, Ron, about that…tying you up is one thing, but a gag?”

“No buts! This has to look as real as possible, Kim’s used to seeing me trussed up.”

“Yeah but what if you need to get out of this before Kim and I get back?”
'
“That’s why I’ve got Rufus.” He glanced down at his pet and best friend as the rat popped out of his pants pocket. With a wave and a squeak, Ron felt a little more relaxed at the idea of being left bound and gagged and on his own.

“If things take a little too long, he’ll bite through the ropes and I’m home free.”

Monique sighed, but ripped a few pieces of tape from the roll of gray duct tape in her hands.

“Okay if you say so,” she muttered before plastering several strips over the boy’s mouth, effectively turning any sound into muffled mumbles. Perfect, he thought, and practiced struggling.

“Don’t hurt yourself, sidekick,” Monique said with a giggle as she left the gym. Ron sighed and tried to relax as much as possible. He looked around and wondered why it was the gym suddenly felt so large. Sure, it was usually full of people, basketball players and cheerleaders, but something about being here all alone gave him an eerie feeling.

Rufus scrambled out of his pocket and into his lap, nibbling at an old nacho he’d squirreled away the night before from Bueno Nacho.

“Hmmmm! Rmmmfmmm! Shmmmm!” Even Ron was a little shocked at how little sound came out, and Rufus just laughed before finishing off the rest of the chip. All Ron could do was glare in silence.

Though the silence didn’t last long.

Immediately, both gym doors slammed open and though Ron looked up in mock terror, hoping to see the face of his girlfriend, it soon turned to real shock. A young woman with short blonde hair strode in, followed by two hulking men. The red top and sleek smile were a dead giveaway; he definitely knew her but this was the first time in years they’d come face to face.

“Well, well what do we have here?” Adrena Lynn flipped her hair and strode across the room. By the time she reached Ron, he’d pressed himself as far back into his chair as he could, and Rufus growled, ready to attack. Too bad for the little mole rat; he pounced and Adrena flicked him away carelessly.

“Rmmmfmm!” Ron tried to scream and tugged furiously at his bonds. Right, he remembered, tighter.

Adrena grabbed the boy’s chin and forced him to look up at her.

“I remember you, you were Possibles little sidekick. And look, you’re all packaged up and ready for me, wasn’t that thoughtful of you? I thought I’d come here and get my revenge directly….but seeing as you went through all this trouble for me, I think I’ve got a better idea of how to get back at Ms. Possible.”
