Website Migration Update

I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

Fear of Flying (F)

Lady Valledia Cylee Firellon Onniva of the elven House of Noiroak (not a dark-elven House, but rather a House of elves who were dark) had long known that Jon of Chileuaf would someday capture her. It was the sort of foretelling that a wise elf-maid did not try to evade - not if she wanted to end up as a happy slavegirl rather than a miserable one.

So when that day came, Valledia was not particularly bothered by being put into an ising-tile cell, or by the perkin-fiber of the rug, the thigh-straps, and the toe-thongs. The cold-iron shackles, and especially the binding-bar, were more annoying, but they too were simply part of the way things were done, at least among the elven Houses of The Treeklat.

No, what horrified Valledia was the news that she would be flown to Nebelbergheim, that Jon of Chileuaf planned to put her in a witchy broom cage and send her high through the air to her destination.
