Website Migration Update
I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

Bondage items at Spencer's
I've been looking into places that sell bondage supplies and found that Spencer's, a gift store found in many malls in the US, has quite a bit to offer. However, I've heard and seen mixed reviews on some of their items. Does anyone have any experience with bondage equipment from Spencer's, and is it worth it?

Don't bother with 75% of it. Unless you need something now or can't have stuff shipped to you, it's over priced for what can be found online.
Either wishing to be tied up or currently tied up.

I've checked out their gear before, not impressed. No way will I ever spend a dime on any of Spencer's bondage gear. As [mention]Svpmissive[/mention] stated, online is the way to go.
Another hard pass for anything bondage-related from Spencer’s. Anything you get from there is going to be cheep and novelty-quality only.
Since you posted this a year ago—what, if anything, did you end up buying, and from what store(s)? How has any gear held up, and do you have any recommendations? If you’re still looking for other recommendations, let me know!
I’m a big fan of strictly buying quality gear…and this generally means ordering online from shops that specifically make and sell bondage gear—whatever the material…leather, steel/chains, rope. I’ve got gear that’s almost 20 years old at this point that I use on an almost daily basis. Stuff’s worn, for sure, but still holding up really well.
The saying, “You get what you pay for,†is very applicable when it comes to buying kink gear!
