I could swear the stats have changed since I last looked at Burt's card yesterday.
He seems more mortal now. Still formidable, but mortal

8 Charisma isn't all that terrible. I imagine that comes from the fact that our "Roper" is a solo guy who likes to do things his own way. Basically a one-man team. No need to exercise or sharpen his leadership skills and whatnot.
