Kinktober Sneak Peek 2: Cold Cat (F/F)

Hi! Working on Kinktober rn. Here’s another sneak peek at a story I’m gonna post. This one is for ‘Moonlight’

On a brisk October night, an explosion blew through the side of Gotham’s History Museum, where the Jaded Claws, a pair of jade brass knuckles with sharp claws sticking out, were being held. Four men, 75% of them large muscular men, came out through the hole with sacks full of (illegally-obtained) goodies. The lone outlier from the group that could easily be mistaken for a trio of bodybuilders gone rouge was Edward Nygma, aka the Riddler.

“Muahahahahaha!” Riddler cackled, holding the Claws up high in the air. “Riddle me this!” he shouted to no one in particular. “How is this museum like a cat that was just taken to the vet?”

One of the goons raised his hands. “Uh, ‘cuz it was spayed and n-“
“No!” the quizzer roared, cracking the incorrect goon on the head with his question mark-shaped cane. “The answer: it was just de-Clawed!”

Before any more riddles could be uttered, a rope suddenly sprang from the air, wrapping itself around the jade prize. With a firm tug, the Claws were snatched from Riddler’s hands and into the arms of a certain cat burglar, who was prowling around a nearby rooftop.

“Catwoman! Give me back what I just rightfully stole!” Riddler cried.
“Sorry, Eddie,” Catwoman (aka Selina Kyle) replied. “But did you really think I wouldn’t go after a pair of valuable claws? It’s kinda mandated by the whole cat motif I have going on.”

The interrogative individual rubbed his temples. “Ok, look, I’ll make a deal with you: we’ll split the pair. You take one, I’ll keep the other. Deal?”
“Sorry, but we both know that they’re worth more as a pair.”

Riddler stomped his foot and turned to his minions. “Well, don’t just stand there! Get those Claws back!”

The goons drew their pistols and started to fire at the woman. Catwoman leapt through the air, nimbly dodging the barrage, and, as her name would lead you to guess, landed on her feet. Upon landing, she swept the leg of one goon and connected with a leaping thrust kick onto another’s nose.

The next goon tried to swing his gun at her, but Catwoman was able to kick the gun from his hand, grab his wrist, and toss him over her shoulder with a judo toss. The goon who had gotten his leg swept had gotten to his feet, but was pounced upon by the cat burglar, crushing his ribs.
But in her effort to take out the goons, she had forgotten about Edward.

His cane suddenly wrapped itself around Selina’s neck. She turned her head to see him standing behind her with his cane pressed down on her windpipe.

“You know what they said about curiosity and cats,” Riddler said with a strain, attempting to hold her still.
“I-aack-gotta a riddle for ya, Ed: why are women better than men?”
“Oh, I can give you plenty of answers, but you’d better give me your answer before your expiration,” he replied.

Catwoman cocked her leg back and mule-kicked him right in the interrogatives, forcing him to release the chokehold. As he recovered, Catwoman snatched the cane from his hand, swung it back, and smacked him in the face with it. He spun around in a circle from the impact and collapsed onto the floor.

“The answer: us women don’t have a design flaw that’s within kicking-distance,” she told his unconscious body. Selina took one last look at the unconscious men she had left in her wake and hopped up to the rooftop where she had left the Jade Claws while taking care of Riddler and friends. But when she looked at the spot where she had them, they were gone!

Suddenly, a sweet-smelling cloth was clamped over Selina’s mouth and nose. Catwoman started to squirm around, hoping to get a good kicking-between-the-legs angle, but the voice that came from the assailant absolutely floored her.

“Surprise, Cat! Did you miss me?”

That voice...it couldn’t be. But it wasn’t only stunning, it proved to be her downfall; while she racked her brain about who had that voice, she’d forgotten to get the cloth off.

Finally, Selina collapsed. Satisfied, her attacker started to cut away at her costume...

When Selina woke up, she felt a sudden chill go through her entire body. She looked around and to her horror, she was stripped down to her purple underwear (but still retained her mask). She was on the same rooftop tied spreadeagle-styled on top of the roof’s air vent, further giving her the chills (the fact that it was October didn’t help).

“Aww...stuck, are we?”

Selina turned her head and instantly recognized the voice, the voice that belonged to the person who chloroformed her: Black Cat.

“You?!” Selina incredulously asked.
“That’s right,” Black Cat (aka Felicia Hardy) replied. “It looks like l finally got the pounce on you!”
“But why, Kitty? We got along so well the last time we met.”
“Uh, you stole a very valuable diamond and left me hogtied and gagged!”
“Yea, but in between that, we beat up Hammerhead pretty well. That’s gotta count for something!”

Black Cat ignored her pleas. “I watched you beat up Riddler and his punks. You’re so good at fighting bad guys. It’s just a shame you refuse to use those talents for good. Ah well, maybe being left up here will freeze the evil outta you.”
“But in my undies?”
“I gotta say, Kitty Cat, the purple suits you,” Black Cat purred.

“Where are the Jade Claws?” Selina asked, attempting to ignore the possible advance made towards her.
“Oh, those? I did what any upstanding citizen would do: I returned them to the museum.”

Selina started to growl, but turned it to a sigh of resignation. “So, what now?”
“Well, I think I’ll just leave you here until a superhero finds you and brings you to jail. Of course, I could take you back to my place...”
“Why don’t you go back to your place? This isn’t your city; it’s mine!”
“Mmm, then if it’s your city, then why are you tied up and shivering?”
“Because you cheated! You used chloroform!”
“Oh, like you wouldn’t have?!”

Suddenly, before Catwoman could respond, Black Cat stopped. She quickly handgagged her captive and quietly listened, faintly hearing footsteps approaching.

“Well, there’s a superhero now. I gotta go now. We’ll meet again, Kitty...I know we will. Bye bye now.” With that, Black Cat blew a kiss to the bound catburglar and leapt off the rooftop.

Seconds later, Batgirl was on that rooftop. She took one look at her foe and out a loud giggle.

“Hmm, looks like my job’s already been done for me. Who did this to you? Was it a villainous team-up turned treacherous?”
“Let’s just say that this city has a cat problem.”
“Really? Was it Catman? Your brother?”
“It’s a long story.”
“Well, I’m sure you’ll have plenty time to tell me that tale on the way to Arkham.”

Catwoman shivered. “Know what? Anything to get out of this cold. Do you by any chance have a jacket on you?”
“No, but Arkham has plenty of jackets...straitjackets, that is.”
“You think you’re so clever, don’t you, Batgirl?”
“Better clever than chilly, I suppose.”

Batgirl knelt down to untie her foe when she got an alert on her Bat-Communicator. She looked down at the message she got and growled.

“Ugh, why are there a bunch of villains out tonight? Apparently, Joker’s goons are robbing the bank. And Batman and Robin are trying to stop Firefly from burning City Hall down...for the fifth time this year.”

She looked down from the rooftop where she saw Riddler and his men still laying on the floor unconscious. “How badly did you beat them up?” Batgirl asked.
“I think I saw a tooth fly out from when I beat Riddler with his own cane.”
“I think they’ll all still be unconscious by the time I get back,” the heroine muttered.

She then knelt back down and inspected the knot work. “Hmm, these knots oughta be enough to hold you until I get back.”
“What am I gonna do, Batgirl? Run around shivering in my undies?”

The heroine nodded. “I’ll be back,” she assured as she pulled out a grappling hook and swung away.

“Like hell I’m staying here,” Selina told herself as soon as her enemy was out of sight. She started to pick at the knots, vowing that she’d make that flea-infested Black Cat pay for making her freeze...as soon as she found some warm clothes, that is.
