I very clearly remember the first time I asked someone to tie me up and gag me (I was very young), but I cannot say for sure if I actually was tied-up and gagged before that moment. I do definitely remember most of the times I was after that moment, and so I can clearly confirm that I was way under 18, probably trying to emulate some mash-up of an old western with a Batman episode I saw on TV as a kid (although Batman was never gagged in the episodes I saw, there were definitely gags in some westerns I saw).

I don’t recall my specific age, but it was probably around 10. I was interested in bondage after seeing damsels in distress on tv.
One day, I had an attractive babysitter. She was a college student and studying for an exam. She could care less what I was up to as long as I left her alone.
With nothing to lose I asked if I could tie her up. She said no, but offered to tie me up instead if that would get me to stop bothering her.
I took a chance and said yes. She took me to my room and used my shoelaces to tie my hands behind my back. She used the other shoelace to tie my feet.
The weird part is she up and left the room without saying a word. No playful banter or taunting.
I struggled for about two hours but couldn’t get loose. After a while it stopped being fun and I had to pee.
Eventually she untied me. And once again, up and left the room without any social interaction.
In hindsight, she was likely experienced with bondage. She secured me with two shoelaces within several minutes. No guesswork involved.
The bondage bug bit me when i was a kid, seeing females tied and gagged on tv got me hard as steel.
