I never understood how people fit a full pair of panties in their mouths. I agree it has to be a smaller type.

Me neither. I've experimented with panties as stuffing in the past and even smaller ones are a bit much for me. Honestly, lots of people seem to think that you need more stuffing to gag someone than you actually do.

Depending on the style one pair can pack my mouth though we stopped using duct tape a long time ago due to its harshness. Instead we use broad PVC electrician’s tape. Just as effective not so painful or unpleasant to remove

I also like to use tights with a thigh high stocking rolled up and stuffed in the mouth. I fold the tights in half and start at the back of the head and tie end over end in the mouth then again in the back. It's a good stuffed cleave gag thst works and isn't too thick.
