Chapter 9 – A Contest

After a restful night’s sleep, the three were having breakfast in the dining room. Ed was quiet and smiling slightly. This did not escape Elsa’s attention and she inquired about his thoughts.

Ed took a swig of his coffee and said, “I propose a contest!” When the two women remained quiet in anticipation of his next words, Ed continued.

“I propose that I’ll tie the both of you up the same way and give you an hour to escape. The first one to escape or is farther along escaping, will win the contest.”

“And the prize is?” asked Elsa.

Ed smirked and said, “Loser must submit for a whole day to the winner. Winner also gets to spend the night with me!”

The two women looked at each other before smiling and looking at Ed before saying, “Deal!”

The three adjourned to the den where the center of the room was cleared. It had thick carpeting and a shag rug in the middle to provide a soft surface for the contestants. The two women disrobed completely and Ed tossed a couple of bundles of rope to each.

“First, bind your ankles together then just above your knees!” commanded Ed.

Chapter 10 – Finding the Courage
