CHAPTER 7 - THE ASSIGNMENT

Though my mind was quite literally running amok with inebriating fantasies of being forcibly kidnapped and kept under lifelong incarceration at the hands of hunky Erick, the final stretch of the drive to his place proved swift and uneventful.

Our initial meetup last week had been nothing short of pleasant, but our second date night together ended up being even better than the first. Erick seemed deadset on adjusting to my unspoken signals and taking things slow, but he nevertheless managed to move things forward at a timely yet gradual pace.

The slight unease caused by our fifteen-year age gap still lingered at the back of my mind, but I kept telling myself it wasn’t that big of a deal and that I'd eventually face the issue when and if my relationship with him ever got to the point of it becoming relevant. For now, our age gap didn’t matter. I was attracted to him, both physically and personality-wise, and it just so happened that he ticked a lot of my boxes. Actually, no. Make that all of my boxes.

Besides, Erick was still very much in his prime. Men were at their absolute peaks at his age, and seeing as how undeniably gorgeous he was, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind that he would retain his stunning attractiveness even well into the next decade, and probably even beyond that.



In any case, Rufus was practically ecstatic when his towering Master returned, this time not alone but with a familiar friend in tow. Erick chuckled at his furry companion’s predictable excitement. He greeted his lovable canine and then left the two of us to get reacquainted while he went to the kitchen to refrigerate the bottle of red wine he’d purchased.

Once the initial excitement of my arrival had subsided, the three of us settled out on the sunny backyard patio deck where Erick and I lounged around, kicked our feet up and enjoyed a few drinks together. We ended up talking about lots of stuff; mostly hobbies but also a bit about my current home life and some of my admittedly vague aspirations for the future.

Erick was substantially more goal-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded than I was, but unlike some other similar people I'd met, he didn't make me feel even the least bit uncomfortable or try to insinuate that I was weird for having a less ambitious mindset.

On a slightly more superficial note, I may have found myself regularly glancing at the astonishingly massive trainers on his feet and getting ever so slightly distracted upon seeing him cross his hands behind his head and catching a glimpse; not only of his tremendous upper arms, but also of the downright furious-looking pit bushes that so proudly jutted out from beneath them.

I'm not sure why it had such an effect on me, seeing as how I didn't even like body hair, but something about Erick's pits had me both strangely repelled and bewilderingly tantalised. I can't explain it.



Anyways, it's only when the subject of my more personal kink-related aspirations and desires was brought up that Erick told me about the little assignment he’d prepared for me. He was obviously very interested in getting to know what made my clock tick, so it should come as no major surprise to you that I was particularly curious – and perhaps even a slight bit apprehensive – upon being led into the house and into his small office room.

“Come here. Sit down.” the handsome stud instructed, motioning for me to sit on the comfortable office chair that faced his desktop computer. I did so and found myself understandably surprised and delighted upon glancing up at the screen and seeing a folder with my name on it. The folder was titled “Jake’s faves”.

Erick went on to explain that he wanted me to spend the next hour or so browsing around the internet and finding photos of things I liked, found hot or wanted to experience.

“It doesn’t matter if you don’t think I’ll be into it or not. If you come across something you like, I want you to save it and put it in your file.” he instructed, no doubt thinking that this would be a good way to slowly ease me into sharing my kinks with him. Keep in mind that I hadn't exactly been forthcoming. I was shy when it came to such things. Trying to get me to express myself without forcing me to verbally communicate was very considerate and thoughtful. It was a sweet move, even if somewhat prematurely doomed.



I tried to do as he'd asked. And by that I mean I really tried. Erick told me he'd be over in the kitchen if ever I needed anything, and then he left the room, presumably to give me a little privacy. I must’ve spent over twenty minutes just aimlessly browsing through the internet; looking up random stuff on Tumblr, DeviantArt and Instagram before finally realising my heart wasn’t into it and just abandoning my search altogether.

Don’t get me wrong, this wasn’t a case of not having any kinks or being unwilling to share them with him. Rather, it was a persistent case of the jitters that had me too unfocused to do so. Had I been in my own room and given more time to go about this, I would’ve undoubtedly had great fun in carrying out his assignment. Out here, in this welcoming yet foreign environment that was Erick's home, I was out of my element. Out of my element and so very distracted.


I ended up walking out of the room and heading over to the kitchen with my head hung low and my face betraying a downcast expression. Erick’s demeanour, on the other hand, was the complete opposite of mine in that it matched the rather upbeat rock music blaring through the living room stereo.

“Hey, munchkin. Done already?” he asked, his smiling face displaying clear hints of surprise as he raised his eyes up from off the large onion he was chopping. It was obvious by the sound of his voice that he wasn’t expecting me to be done quite so soon.


I expected disappointment or even incomprehension upon telling him that I wasn’t able to complete – or even begin – the minor task he’d given me. I was just so afraid to disappoint him. For a moment there, I legitimately feared he would call it quits, ask me to leave, tell me I was a waste of time and order me not to come back unless I was ready to open up to him.

“Ahh, no worries, Jake-o. I understand. Think you’ll be able to get it done for me when you’re home this week?” he asked, returning his gaze back down to the cutting board while simultaneously displaying no discernable trace of disappointment.

I nodded my head yes and told him I most definitely would. Erick’s dominant predisposition immediately shone through when he told me it would be my homework for the week and that I was to have it ready in time for my next visit. No excuses.



I was practically ecstatic at the sound of those words. Not only did they hint at a possible third date, but it was also my first time experiencing a dominant man’s authority and being outright ordered to do something.

I so wasn’t used to this. My dad had always been overly soft and even a bit spineless, leaving my mum clearly in charge and wearing the figurative household pants. As such, being ordered around by a man was new and felt entirely foreign to me. The profoundly satiating and calming effect it had on me, however, was irrefutable. It felt right. I could feel it in my core.

Erick’s lips curled up into an unmistakably proud and approving smirk when I instinctively responded to his order with a very prompt “Yes, Sir.”

Another satiating wave of contentment immediately washed over me when the towering two-meter-tall hockey hunk once again took the lead; this time by informing me that, since I wasn’t busy doing my assignment, I’d be working alongside him and helping him get the supper ready.

My face went a bit pale upon hearing that. I apologised and very shamefully admitted to being utterly useless in the kitchen. Erick didn't listen. He brushed my self-condescension aside and told me that I would learn and that he would be guiding me every step of the way. We were going to be making supper. Together.

I know this has started in a different way to most of your stories, but it’s building and leaving many hints of what’s to come.

That jockstrap in Erick’s hockey bag is most certainly going to find itself being used as are Erick’s large trainers and bushy pits.

As per one of your own posts from a couple of years back, I know you weren't super comfortable with your kinks upon initially signing up. So although I was surprised to see your name pop up in my notifications today, I'm not too surprised to hear you're fully invested in this narrative. Welcome to the adventure, my friend! Glad you're enjoying this. As for the rather slow pace of the narration and the seemingly lengthy bondage drought, I definitely hear you. That's in large part why I'm pumping out these slow introduction chapters in quick succession. These sorts of chapters, while of interest to some, aren't exactly a sustainable way of keeping an audience interested for long. At least not for weeks on end. I have no intention of rushing the introduction, but I'm making a somewhat concerted effort to pump these chapters out fast so we can get to the tastier bits sooner rather than later. Once we get to that part I'll be able to slow my roll a bit without running the risk of losing half the readership to boredom. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it worth your wait

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, and that's so fine! But I am loving these slow builds with the hints to the fetishes. Focuses on his shoes, his pits, etc. Hinting at his distaste yet he feels almost allured by it. It's genuinely my favourite reaction to said kinks. Unwilling but wanting.

His curiosity seems to be pulling him towards things he's not entirely ready to admit yet, like sneaking glances at the more intense aspects of Erick's body or the search of the source of musk. Oh, I don't think anyone is or was saying that Erick has Nick beat. Far from it. As far as I know, the only one who has Nick beat - popularity-wise - is Zack. I think what initiated the discussion is @Pup Wingletang suggesting that if Erick continues on this track, Nick might end up having competition, either as his personal favourite or in more general terms.

I think everyone agrees that as of right now, Nick and Zack are in no danger of being dethroned anytime soon. Nick has almost 300 chapters to his name (if we exclude B&G's sixth book) and Zack currently has close to 200.

Erick has a lot of catching up to do. But who knows? Someday, he may reach the top. Only time will tell.

CHAPTER 8 - A QUIET PLACE

What should’ve made for a somewhat awkward experience turned out to be more fun than expected. And, thanks to Erick’s continued guidance, my tentative foray as his sous-chef thankfully didn’t turn me into a special feature of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. As far as recipes went, the tomato & ham linguine my host had in mind was simple enough, even if seemingly daunting to my inexperienced self.

Erick started me off by getting me to chop, slice and mince a variety of fresh ingredients. Namely; garlic, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, smoked ham, green onions, basil, chives, that sort of thing.

I initially thought that chopping and cutting would be the extent of my contribution, but ended up rapidly learning otherwise when the stovetop was turned on and a new set of instructions was voiced out.

“There we go. Now stir those onions around until they’re nice and golden. That's it. Good job. Once they start turning brown, you can toss the garlic and mushrooms in.” my towering two-meter-tall teacher very gently instructed, placing a hand on my shoulder and standing behind me as I overlooked the stovetop.


My host and I chatted on and off about music, movies and sports; our exchange being only occasionally punctuated with cooking-themed pointers and additional instructions.

It wasn’t long until we had the entire kitchen smelling of fresh basil and roasted garlic. Erick set the pot of salted water to boil for the linguine before slicing up some of the oven-baked bread he’d picked up from the supermarket a bit earlier. We took turns tasting the aromatic mixture I'd prepared. It was tasty and full of flavour, but my host thought it was lacking a little something and added the final touch by tossing in a bit of chilli pepper sauce. The resulting taste was perfection.

We ended up eating out on the backyard patio deck, and let me tell you, was that meal ever good!

“See? You practically did that all by yourself. You just needed a little help is all.” Erick warmly commended, before going on to tell me that I could make a large variety of different pasta dishes if I followed the basics of what we'd done together. I smiled and thanked him for the patience he'd shown me. Cooking supper together had been genuinely quite fun.




The rest of our date ended up being arguably even more pleasant. We spent a bit of time outside, enjoying the sunset and quietly sipping on red wine before finally going back indoors with the intent of watching a movie.

As previously stated, I didn’t drink much. But in this case, I could make an exception. While the wine itself didn’t exactly bring my tastebuds much satisfaction, its calming properties worked wonders on loosening me up a bit. It probably had a bigger effect on me than it did on most people - even though I’d only had a cup – precisely because my body wasn’t used to it. Either way, the slight feeling of lightheadedness it provided was liberating, even if a tad bit unsettling at first.


Once we'd settled on the couch, I could hardly hide my excitement when Erick grabbed the TV remote and asked if I wanted to be held like I’d been last Friday. I most certainly did. As predicted, that familiar feeling of nervous excitement washed over me again before immediately turning into utter contentment the instant those jaw-droppingly massive arms of his gently encircled and entrapped me.

“Is there anything you’d like to see, Jake-o?” the jumbo-limbed stud quietly asked, as he casually flicked through the endless stream of shows and movies popping up on his Netflix.

I shook my head, and in true beta-male fashion, ended up responding with a “No. I don’t mind. You choose.”

It wasn’t so much a case of me being unable to make decisions as much as it was about me simply not having a preference. I didn’t care what he picked. So long as I got to sit here in his arms, I’d be more than happy with any choice he made. Besides, following had always come more naturally to me. And in Erick's presence, it felt even more natural and right than it usually did.

My hunky-armed date ended up spending several minutes going through the seemingly endless list of movies before apparently coming across what he deemed to be an acceptable choice. “Oohh. I think we’ve got ourselves a solid contender.” he spoke, asking me if I was up for seeing a drama-horror movie from 2018 called A Quiet Place.

Although I had never seen the whole movie, I recognised the title enough to sort of vaguely remember its premise. It was a human extinction-type movie. One where Earth had been invaded by these alien monsters who were hypersensitive to sound and where human survivors had to basically live out their lives in seclusion and more importantly; without making any noise.



I nodded my head excitedly, thinking it was a rather fitting choice, especially seeing as how my hunky host was rather big into muffling handgags. The wine's loosening effects must’ve been working quite well because I actually worked up the courage to let Erick in on my line of thinking.

“I know I’m supposed to stay quiet during this movie of all movies, but I might need your help with that.” I ended up very cheekily telling him.

Erick didn’t miss a beat. As soon as the words had left my mouth, the sound of his immensely deep and booming laughter raucously filled the room. I genuinely recall the feeling of tingling excitement in my crotch when, just as I was about to mention something about my mouth landing me in trouble and me not lasting a day in that movie, the absolute largest and most muffling of palms came at me from out of nowhere.

"I smmpphhhh..." was the only thing I actually managed to get out.

“Don’t you worry, kiddo. Those monsters aren’t gonna get you. I’ll be making sure of that.” the hulking muscle-man sexily chuckled, keeping the back of my head pressed up against his broad chest and a downright tremendous palm clamped over my face, even as he used the TV remote to start the movie and turn the volume up.
