Game Night Criminal (F/F, M/F)

This one happened just a couple of days ago, so I had to come here and write the story while it is still fresh in my memory. Now that I am a little older, tie up games don’t really happen as much as they did in my younger years, so I was pleasantly surprised when one popped up organically the other day.

To set the scene, my wife and I were invited over by some friends to do a murder mystery party. We have done a couple of these in the past and they are a lot of fun if you’ve never tried them. This one was a Wild West themed murder which already peaked my interest. My character, was wild bill, the saloon owner, and my wife was the piano player in the saloon. We put on our best cowboy outfits and headed to our friends apartment.

There were 10 people there total, 6 women, and 4 guys, all dressed up in cowboy hats, bandanas and the usual cowboy attire. Our host Emma was playing the bartender. She is very small, about 5’ tall, very cute brunette, wearing a white sundress and cowgirl boots. The apartment was all decked out, and I noticed immediately that she had set up a little “jail” in the corner complete with a wanted poster and a set of handcuffs. This is when I got my hopes up that one of the cowgirls would get captured.

The game began and we had to go around asking the other characters premade questions to try and determine who the murderer was. I was honing in on a girl, Steph, who I thought for sure had to be it based off of the way her character answered the questions. Steph was playing Annie Croakely, the sharpshooter in town for the big show. She is medium height, blonde hair, and absolutely stunning. She was wearing a yellow top, jeans, cowgirl boots, and had a cowboy hat and a red bandana tied around her neck. Secretly I was hoping it would be her because I’ve always wanted to see her tied up. Her boyfriend Brad was there as well, dressed completely like a cowboy and had even brought a rope with him for a lasso. I was hoping if I was really lucky, we could get a full tie up, but alas, no such luck that night.

We continued playing through the game and investigating the various characters, when we finally made it to the end of the investigation phase and got our chance to accuse who we thought the culprit was. I of course accused Steph, partially because I was pretty sure she did it, and partially because I was still really hoping the cuffs would be used on her. One by one, Emma read the names of the innocent parties until just Steph was left. She exclaimed, “y’all got me! I thought I was going to get away with it. I guess I’ve got to go to prison.” Then as if on cue, Emma went over to get the handcuffs and brought them back to where Steph was standing. She stuck her arms out to be cuffed in front, but Emma said, no, criminals get cuffed in the back. So Steph graciously turned around and allowed her to be cuffed behind the back. Emma marched her over to the “jail” so people could take pictures. Once they had taken a couple, Steph asked to be let out for a couples pick with Brad, but Brad said hold on, he had an idea. He undid the bandana from around her neck and pulled it up to her lips. Steph opened right up and accepted the gag, and they took a few more pictures with Steph handcuffed and gagged in her cowgirl outfit.

She was eventually let free, and was a great sport about the whole thing. She was laughing and smiling the whole time. People were still taking pictures of the jail and I had picked up the handcuffs at this point and was spinning them around my finger. Emma walked up to me and said she needed those for a prop picture, and then turned around and said, well while you’ve got them, would you mind? I couldn’t believe my luck and gladly cuffed her behind her back. She went and took some pictures in front of the jail as well. Eventually my wife wanted to get some pics of us in our outfits and I said it’s only fitting if we use the props too, so she graciously let me handcuff her as well for a couple of pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t bring bandanas so there was no more gagging. But I couldn’t believe my luck that 3 women would be handcuffed on what I thought was just going to be a normal game night. Hopefully we will be doing another murder mystery soon, and I will have another story for you all.

Wow!! It would be awesome if you could share the pictures (censored is fine) but the fact that you got to have such an event and even get pictures of it is incredible.

I haven't gotten to tie anyone up in decades so I know that feeling of it being gone. Awesome that you got such a party.
