Casual Hogtie (F/Self)

Post by Crazine »

Most of my stories so far have involved me almost getting stuck, and none of them have featured rope. Here's quite the opposite: a time I hogtied myself, securely but escapably, with actual rope. This was just a few weeks ago.

For this session, I used three lengths of 10-meter rope. These are each quite long, and even though I doubled everything up, making them each effectively 5 meters, there ended up being a bit of excess. It didn't really get in the way.

I got onto my bed and started with my ankles. I took one of the ropes and began a double column tie, wrapping the rope around my legs, weaving it between the ankles, and in total using maybe three-quarters of it to completely secure my feet. I'll get back to that last quarter in a moment.

Next were my knees, with another of the ropes. I used roughly half to tie off my knees above the joint and the other half to tie them off below the joint. I've found this helps keep them actually secured and reduces the chance of the rope slipping off, though if I had tried really hard I think I could have still shaken it off. I didn't, though, and my knees stayed effectively bound throughout the session.

I took a moment to admire my work. The rope is a deep red and was quite eye-catching against my skin and clothes. I shifted my legs a little, and was pleased to find the rope completely inescapable. I was excited to keep going. Now came the important part.

I took that last meter or so of rope on my ankle bindings and tied it into what I think is called a cinch noose. It's a knot that's self-cinching, meaning it tightens when you pull on it. Its purpose was both to connect my wrists to my ankles, completing the hogtie, and to tighten the bonds around my wrists themselves, making it harder to escape.

Then the wrists. These were actually the simplest part. All they needed was a coil of rope that could comfortably fit them, with a little space in between. Once that was made, I got on my stomach, lifted my bound legs so they were closer to my hands, grabbed the end of the cinch noose, inserted the coil, and placed my hands inside. Then I pulled with my legs, cinching my wrists together and finishing the hogtie.

A word of warning. I did not get stuck in the slightest, but you certainly CAN get stuck this way. It's very important that you don't pull too hard with your legs, unless you are completely confident that you can untie or otherwise free yourself. I could have left scissors somewhere and then tightened my bonds all the way, but I love these ropes dearly, and would hate to have had to cut them. So instead I pulled most of the way, until I was tightly secured but still just barely able to slip my hands out.

Well, there you have it! Just like that, I was completely hogtied.

In all honesty, I didn't struggle very much. I had been in my own ropework enough times to know that I wasn't getting out of anything unless I intended it when I was tying. Instead, I took the opportunity to enjoy my brief helplessness. I rolled onto my side and closed my eyes in quiet satisfaction.

For how simple a hogtie is, it does restrict you quite a bit. Movement is very difficult in such a position, so I challenged myself to try and get from one side of the bed to the other as quickly as possible. I find it hard to describe movements in cases like these where all one has to use are their torso and thighs, but I tried this sort of serpentine motion where I went left and right, and that brought me slowly forward. I wasn't timing myself, but it was quite slow. Now to get back to the other side. I turned around and...

...How do I turn around?

For visual clarity, I was on my bed, my body in parallel with the bed, in a hogtie, right up against one of the ends and facing the wall. I had a small puzzle ahead of me.

Eventually I figured it out. You just have to turn in tiny increments. I slowly turned myself, careful not to fall off the bed, until I was halfway around. At that point I had a realization, and a few seconds later, I had rolled myself all the way across the bed. I don't think you can go faster than that in such a position.

I suppose that was fun.

It was time to get out. After pulling a little, I slipped one of my hands out of the coil. The other one came out effortlessly. I tossed the coil rope aside and, with my legs still completely bound, called it a night right then and there.

The next morning I woke up, tried to get out of bed, and couldn't help but smile.

Sounds like a lot of fun, @Crazine! Hogties and spreadeagles are my absolute favorite positions. As you mentioned, a hogtie can be quite simple, but extremely restrictive—especially if you tie both below and above the knees as you did. This not only feels great, but really restricts your ability to crawl around using your knees.

So, in this position, were you deliberately limiting your struggling to ensure that you would still be able to free your wrists when you wanted out?

Also—I agree, waking up while still tied up in some fashion really is quick way of putting a smile on your face! Great read, thanks for sharing!

Thank you!

Yeah, to some extent I was limiting my struggling. It actually takes a lot of force to cinch one's wrists completely with their legs, but I didn't dare pull too hard on the cinch just in case.

It's nice to read your adventures, a mix of emotions that we've all experienced since adolescence. Very pleasant to read you, indeed.
