TUG Stories that leave out the SM things

So many stories here seem to be SM flavored in their tie ups. They seem to be about "punishing" or "humiliating" or "getting" the captive, or with the captor acting out of malice. And many of those that don't seem to be about bedroom games with a promise of "We'll get to the sadomasochistic 'good stuff' in later episodes."

I'd like to see more TUG stories where the tie-ups are about something other than punishment, humiliation, or malice, and that aren't gateways to SM in bedroom games as the 'good stuff.'

So I'm requesting stories where the tie-up isn't for the purpose of punishment, where the captor isn't acting out of malice, and where the captive accepts that getting tied up is a reasonable thing to happen. Working out what IS the purpose of the tie-up in the story may require some high weirdness in terms of a fantasy or science fiction setting, or at least in terms of a very strange foreign culture, so I'd like to direct writers' minds in that direction.

(As a disclosure, I'll note that my personal preferences are for M/F with an occasional F/M. M/M is not my thing, and unlike what seems to be the case for the vast majority of heterosexual males, "Hot Girl-Girl Action!" leaves me cold.)
