Website Migration Update
I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.
Hurricanes and Such
Hurricanes and Such
Just posting here to gripe about getting hurricanes hitting Florida two weeks apart. We were slammed by Helene, and now Milton has screwed up this week as well. That yields reduced story output. Feel free to post your storm-related TUG stories and gripes here.

I’m in a community in Appalachia that is still without running water from Helene. We got destroyed. I’m sending good thoughts your way. Stay safe.
Good point, @AlexUSA3,
We are currently at least one mod down as a result of the hurricanes so I suspect they might well affect the level of submissions.
I ask members, though, not to post their hurricane gripes because I would get (quite justifiable) complaints that they are off topic

I hope people stay safe over there. I understand see situation is pretty bad, especially with another one coming.

I always feel so bad for people down south in the path of hurricanes. I live in NJ and we made such a big deal out of hurricane Sandy, but it was only a tropical storm when it hit us, yet we acted like we just survived Katrina. Always fascinates me how certain parts of the country are not at all prepared for different natural disasters. Like we freak out when we get the remnants of a hurricane, and Florida freaks out when they get an inch of snow.
But I really do hope all who were affected by these two hurricanes and alright. Two in the span of a couple weeks is truly devastating.

I'm pretty sure xtc is referring to me as the mod that had to take some time away from the site due to Hurricane Milton and losing power, but before losing power I had a fun time in bondage. I have a pillowcase that is at this point pre-tied to be able to fit both my wrists through. I have gotten to the point where I don't want to get out of it, so I have found that adding zip ties right down the middle as a cinch helps prevent me from undoing most of the tie unless I have scissors nearby. I then decided I wanted to be tied up more and thus added zip ties to my big toes and then to my ankles, which unfortunately didn't last long. I wish I had decided to do this in a different order because I could have secured myself up with zip ties better than I was at the time. Once I escaped, which took at most 5 minutes due to being in the dark in my closet trying to search for the scissors, I went back to keeping an eye on the hurricane and eventually lost power which didn't come back for 4-5 days, and I'm about an hour north of Tampa.
