How often do you find people who have a focus on gags?
Being other users, producers, Dom/mes, etc?
I would like to know other's perception on how un/common it is to find people like that.

You find them through a forum like this or an a site such as Recon or FetLife I would think. You state you desire and see if you have a match. That said, it isn't easy to find a perfect match. Easier to find your kink with gay/bi men than it is women I have come to realize.
