Website Migration Update
I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

Glad to see you back and writing again!
I know you mentioned that some details are different, but what matters is the essence of a tale, and this one has the feeling of a cozy memory that one oft returns to. Certainly puts me in a reminiscing mood myself.
And I can definitely see the roots of many of the inspirations you seem to draw on in your other tales
Overall, a lovely tale, and I am glad you chose to share it!

Which of course made it worse, which in some respects made it better.

Yeah, I've been in, passing through a funk. Which happens to us all. Won't bore with details but sometimes despite having ALL

Hard, sometimes.
I am working on another project, something preferable (to me) but now there's this too.
That's what I'm doing here, reminiscing and remembering, albeit with some slight alterations. I'm glad you enjoyed, and certainly there will be more at some point.BlissfulMisery wrote: 8 months ago

Yeah, I completely understand the feeling. Ideas and thoughts aplenty, but nothing actually wanting to come out.RopeBunny wrote: 8 months ago I've been in, passing through a funk. Hard, sometimes.
As you say - hard, sometimes. A combination of infuriating and depressing, really.
I am truly sorry you ever have to deal with that.
Glad to hear that - no pressure of course

That's great, brilliantTreville wrote: 8 months ago What an wonderful description of being tied up and helpless. Thank you, I really enjoyed reading this.

Just the way it is sometimes, no point ranting, or making an issue.
I'm happy to be back, firing as usual, enjoying the writing

I really like this line. The experience of knowing that you are a certain way/something fundamental about yourself, but not having the words to express it has always been a fascinating one for me to ponder. Especially how once you do 'know the words', things tend to quickly fall into place. Language, terms, names, labels, categories, they initially seem like such trivial surface level things, but matter more then some of us would care to admit, especially when it comes to gaining self understanding and self acceptance.
Similar to the previous quote, this speaks to a similar concept, in this case knowing you are different in some way from your peers, but being afraid to fully embrace it/show others that side of yourself out of fear of rejection. Why rock the proverbial boat, and all that - fear and shame keeping one quiet. While the specific differences are of course unique to each of us, I think everyone (especially everyone on a site like this!) has had an experience like this about something in their life.
And yet the seed is planted already, even if it might only bloom far later in lifeRopeBunny wrote: 8 months ago Submissive. Owned. Still too young to care beyond the fun of it, bondage as a game. Nothing- except for the occasional wild dream -more.

Wistful, perhaps even bittersweet comments on my part, but this is the type of short story that brings out strong emotions. Holds up the proverbial mirror into the reader's past.
Really like it, and as usual, hope to see more!
