I like to run…and fairly often I enjoy incorporating some level of kink into my exercise routine. It’s just another way of keeping my mind occupied, and adds a fun-filled twist to what sometimes can be an otherwise monotonous or tedious activity.
Every so often, I like to go running with a medium-sized butt plug firmly in place. Mind you, I’m not a particularly long-distance runner…so most of my routes take an hour or less…perhaps a bit longer, taking into consideration warm up and cool down periods. I find that this is just enough time to continue enjoying the sensation that the plug provides, while not being uncomfortable in the least.
I’m not into crossdressing at all—but for some reason, have found that I absolutely love wearing a tight sports bra and women’s gym shorts while working out (or anytime, actually). It’s made all the more fun when wearing a light-colored shirt, such that the bra would be kinda visible, if someone were really looking.
Lastly, if I’m on a walk/hike or engaging is something not as strenuous, I’ll sometimes wear a locking leather bondage belt or handcuff chain (without the handcuffs, of course). There’s no real restriction of movement, obviously…but it’s still a nice reminder and provides a fun “locked down†kinda feeling.
Any other thoughts on how to (safely) incorporate kink/bondage into an otherwise (potentially) mundane exercise activity?
