Website Migration Update
I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.
AI for tug stories?
AI for tug stories?
Does anyone use AI for writing TUG stories? I had some fun with ChatGPT, but it is very much restricted. Mistral Chat is less smart but has less restrictions. I typically give a summary for each chapter and ask to fill in details, it works pretty well I think.
Having seen all the artless AI crap flooding DA, I would dread seeing the "lietrary" equivalent here!
They all say boxer shorts are cool,
but little Speedos always rule.

Not really for writing, per se, but you can usually get AI Dungeon to play along with a bondage themed adventure
Character.ai works similarly wellCaptorDM wrote: 10 months ago Not really for writing, per se, but you can usually get AI Dungeon to play along with a bondage themed adventure

What does that one do?Mrhashbrown101 wrote: 10 months agoCharacter.ai works similarly wellCaptorDM wrote: 10 months ago Not really for writing, per se, but you can usually get AI Dungeon to play along with a bondage themed adventure
Hugging Face Chat - https://huggingface.co/chat/
Very similar to Chat GPT but as far as I can tell is largely uncensored and has no limit on queries (your mileage may vary).

Creators have made characters/games/environments and you can interact with them by typing.CaptorDM wrote: 10 months agoWhat does that one do?Mrhashbrown101 wrote: 10 months agoCharacter.ai works similarly wellCaptorDM wrote: 10 months ago Not really for writing, per se, but you can usually get AI Dungeon to play along with a bondage themed adventure
For example there’s a medieval RPG where it generates random events to happen based off your responses. A little primitive at times, but can easily spend hours on there

Thank you this actually amazing!drgoremd wrote: 10 months ago Hugging Face Chat - https://huggingface.co/chat/

Have tried with ChatGPT what works well sometimes as well as Gemini and Copilot.
Character.AI is good although lately I am having trouble logging in. Dopple.Ai is an alternative but not as good and doesn't have as much characters and the dialogue can go really off topic etc.

I can see how ChatGPT or something similar might be useful to help lay the groundwork or generate an overall storyboard for a TUG-themed story. However, I would believe that TUG stories are incredibly nuanced in a way that something that’s completely AI-generated just wouldn’t be able to capture or replicate.
TUG-specific details which might be missed might include intricacies of the materials used, positions, or even an elaborate description of how the ties/knots/chains look and feel. Also, would an AI-generated story include what’s going on inside the captive’s mind—especially, in the context of an innocent and enjoyable game?
I’ve never used ChatGPT for this purpose, but again, can imagine that they would significantly lack the unique and personal touch that the human authors here are so adept at providing.

Just a random passage from an AI story:copperfox wrote: 10 months ago

I was now completely at their mercy, bound and gagged, with no immediate way to escape. The ropes dug into my skin, and the gag made it hard to breathe easily. The room felt colder and more oppressive with each passing second.
I could hear their footsteps fading as they left the room, leaving me alone with my thoughts and the growing sense of urgency. I had to find a way out before their associates arrived, or I’d be in even bigger trouble.
The only thing I could do was focus on my surroundings, looking for anything that might help me escape. I noticed a rusty nail on the floor near my feet – it was my only chance. If I could reach it, maybe I could use it to cut through the ropes and free myself before it was too late.

I use an app called Linky
Current models are just not ready for creative writing, although I've heard good things about NovelAI. But where is the fun in that?
AI can be helpful with editing/proofreading, especially if English is not your native language.
Another task it's pretty good at is roleplaying. I underestimated it at first, but I've spent many hours on CharacterAI. You won't be able to get any explicit conversations, but tie-ups the sort of found in the For Everyone stories are game. If anyone wants to give a try chatting with my male characters, drop me a private message.

I've played around with a number of AI programs for TUG reasons and many other things. They're best used as a tool to help you create something, not to do the work for you. AI can be impressive, but it's a long way from replacing people, no matter what companies think. But running a few ideas through it can be very helpful for your own stories, or whatever else it is you're doing.
I’ve been using ChatGPT for a while now for lots of reasons…drafting and editing statements of work and job positions, assisting with my piano lessons and understanding of music theory, as well as talking through a whole bunch of other random topics.
A couple of weeks ago, I had a bondage-related concept for a story (or set of stories)…but didn’t know where to start. So, I asked ChatGPT for some input…not really expecting it to really give me anything interesting or interesting. Boy, was I wrong.
I started out with some fairly innocent TUG-type situations—and for the most part, ChatGPT obliged—every once in a while giving me a quick message to the effect that, it will respond, but making sure that it will stay on the playful, light-hearted side of things. After pushing a bit further, trying to get ChatGPT to provide more bondage-specific scenarios (e.g., involving leather cuffs, gags, and similar gear), I got my first real warning of a possible “content violationâ€.
I wondered if this would have any impact on my account or ability to use the system—but after receiving several (okay, many) such messages over the past couple weeks, I can confidently say that things are still going quite smoothly.
A final note—and this is the most interesting aspect to me—I think I’ve pushed ChatGPT so much at this point that it’s almost “desensitized†to what I’m routinely asking it to write about or describe. It will happily spit out NSFW content that is creatively unique, extremely interesting and vivid, and (I would say), incredibly well-written.
Not sure if I’ll end up posting any of it or using it for any stories—but I did want to come back and say that I seemed to have been very, very wrong concerning ChatGPT’s (or pick your favorite AI model) ability to assist in this realm—again, whether that’s using it just for ideas, or even generating complete stories given just a bit of input and some gentle nudging.

I heard it explained in better words than I could come up with, but I don’t want generative AI for the same reason I don’t want to see a series of machines bring a football down the field for a touchdown.
There’s also the fact that this stuff consumes a lot of electricity and water, and the centers for it are being built without permission from local communities. But even without that, if you want your computer to write for you then why are you writing? You obviously don’t like it.
