I agree with the other poster... One thick dirty used sock in your mouth, with the other tied around your head to keep the sock in place!

Pantyhose with a knot, there nice and stretchy so you can them around a few times

Twist a white tshirt diagonally (longest wise) into a sort of rope and tie it between your teeth. If its made with good material it makes for a nice thick cleave gag. Feel free to add a layer of ear-to-ear strips of tape ( I prefer PVC tape since it doesn't hurt as much coming off ). Some folks like to make a impromptu muzzle gag out of the tape by adding a think strip that crosses the bridge of the nose (obviously no tape restricting the nostrils themselves).
