Website Migration Update

I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

Plymouth rising (MF+/F+)

Stories that have little truth to them should go here.

Should the story continue?

That, was a great comment. Thank you. It's great to know the chapters, the TUGs, that I find very ;) ;) enjoyable to write are well received too.

And, we continue below. Because I'm currently on somewhat of a writing binge, so, why not share that energy/speed with all of you.

Thank you for reading :D

Two parts in a day - is it a RopeBunny holiday?

Two wonderful updates - very hot to hear Emiko's fantasy, and then she lapses into Japanese - brilliant as always! :D

You said you were on a writing binge, RopeBunny, and indeed you were. I hope it wasn't hard on you because it was certainly easy on us. Plymouth and Emiko both floating in a dream, carrying us all along. Very wonderful.

Emiko keeps growing on me, RopeBunny. Her doubts are so natural. Great writing.

Two more chapters will seee Boundcon finished, the current story arc done.

I'm tempted to continue, to write more chapters for Plymouth. If I do it would be focused on Brooke working to make Jester's Revenge real.

Question is. If I write more, will you read more?

There's a poll attached to this story thread, please take a moment to let me know whether you still care about Plymouth and her journey.

Thank you.

It’s totally understandable if you a reach a point where you want to end a story and move on to something else. Plymouth’s journey has been a joy to read, so if you do continue her story, I’ll follow along for the ride!

Thanks for taking the time to comment.

And thank you both for what I assume are 'yes' votes?

I've never desperately needed comments in order to keep writing. My stories are things I enjoy too, the process of thinking them out, putting them down. Gives me a chance to live through them ;) ;)

So. I could've continued anyway. But, just this once I thought I'd put it to a vote, just to see what would happen.

I can keep going, but, if the majority say stop, then I'll stop, and move on.

So be it.

That concludes the current run, Boundcon is over.

Thought I'd post both at once. With one day left for the poll, and only 6 (when I checked this morning) votes, maybe reading these two chapters will encourage more votes?

Which, audience participation and all, would be nice.

Thank you.

Hey, haven't finished the story yet, but just wanted to say I appreciate you writing it, even if you do not continue further.

I'm glad you're giving it a go. Thanks for commenting, letting me you're enjoying it.

I probably will continue, might take a leaf out of others books and begin a new story, start from 001 again as I write Plymouth creating Jester's Revenge.

Got a little dis heartened by the vote is all, that's why I didn't jump straight in. This, going by the views, is a fairly popular story on the board, and yet only 6 people voted. I just expected a higher turn out.

But, is what it is, and I'm sure I'll get around to Plymouth soon :D

Yeah, that is why I commented, as you seemed disheartened by the outcome/interest (I peeked at the last page), and it was sad to see something that had a lot of effort put into it just sort of peter out because it 'appeared' that nobody cared. I was late to the proverbial party, so I figured I would at least drop in my two cents of appreciation.

Well I appreciate that. Thank you. Comments (and I'm sure wvey author here will agree) never fail to loft the spirit and give renewed energy.

I enjoy writing, love writing my daydreams down, but comments always help to show me I'm not just doing this for me.

Once you make it here, to the end, feel free to let me know what you thought :D

For my part I have to admit, I just overlooked the poll - or I would have participated :) Don´t let that lack of response dishearten you, you are doing a marvelous job - and I can only speak for myself on this - I would like to learn more about Plymouths ongoing journey :)

Thanks.

I mean. It did, won't lie, but only for a short while. I'm here to write what I enjoy after all, and I really do/am enjoying Plymouth's journey.

To a large degree it helped keep me sane through lockdown, kinda living her life through the story I wrote.

Had it been twenty votes in favour of stopping, or something, maybe I would. But 'please keep going Rope Bunny' won :D so I shall give the fans what they want

My memory of the vote may be fuzzy, RopeBunny. I did have a lot going on at that time. I think I tried to vote and couldn't because the vote had ended. So, if I may, a reminder to any who may use voting, different readers keep different schedules and a shorter vote period may cut some off.

In your case, @RopeBunny, your are a great writer and this has been, in my opinion, your best story. I give you every encouragement that I can possibly give in asking you to continue the tale.

Hey,

I did say I was slowly working through this story before (and still am) but wanted to comment on Chapter 36 (where Brooke loses Lili).

Really 'enjoyed' it (obviously it's not really a fun chapter in the traditional sense). I think it captured the intended feeling(s) well, the mix of listlessness/pointlessness/depression/apathy. The emptiness that comes after loss or sometimes during crisis/deep emotional pain, that feeling of 'nothing matters anymore'.

Obviously it was written a while ago now, but I figure it can't hurt to say it anyways.
