Depends on what circumstances you refer to. In real life/true stories, consensual is of course the best and only real option. In fictional stories however non-consensual can lead to somewhat more interesting or at least more diverse and gripping story developments without necessarily descending into pure horror..

I think Non-Consensual stories are fun, even role play, because you can go where you want to go with it. But, of course, in real play, you *want* it to be Consensual (unless you are some freak that has no limits, and I don't believe in that.)

I think in stories, it's okay to go Non-Consensual, because we all have fantasies, and may never come true, so it's OK to use your mind and float with the idea.

I can enjoy both types of stories, but generally, I prefer non-consensual stories and enjoy simulated non-consensual bondage meetups in real life as well.

I am of no help to this poll, haha. I generally enjoy both types of bondage.

Certainly the same here. As a couple of people on here will tell you, I do enjoy thrashing around and being defiant when being tied... though if I didn't enjoy it would I be here?
Even done a bit of roleplaying a few times and damn it was fun. xD

I can think of a few times where I've been thrashing around in an attempt to get someone to stop tying me, only for them to actually stop and being disappointed. xD
Same applies to being annoying just so I get tied up.

I'm also between both, because where was is stroy about Person how get tied and how would agree if he/she, would ask but other person miss that because he/she fear negative reply, or to behave he/she know had replay but would surprise the other.

Well, non-consensual of course, but I have to admit that the nice and sometime really sweet consensual you find here have won some of my heart. Used to see consensual as kind of weakass or boring but I was plain wrong, my bad as usual

In my adolescence, I have been through many non-consensual situations (my stories show this ), I really enjoyed it, but it was all the people I trusted, so I am with both, consensual is necessary, but sometimes non-consensual is
incredible when you know that person will not hurt you.

Good question! This was a tough choice. I enjoy reading both.

Polls like this are a good way to gauge the desires of board members which is helpful for authors.

I am on the same page as Jason. True stories, consensual, fictional, non-consensual. And then there are the stories that give you the best of both worlds- where strictly speaking the bondage is consensual, but the person in bondage is not exactly happy about it. I feel that XTC is a master of this genre.

My tastes are more along the lines of consensual non-consent. And chloroform.

I got in to TUGs and kidnap fantasies from watching TV and movies; so I like non-consensual in that context. So when I've had relationships I've roleplayed non-consensual.

But I also like consensual in a caring and loving relationship.

I tend to like non-consenual when it comes to bondage related media. Desperately squirming victims are just more interesting and usually consensual (excluding simulated non consensual scenarios) involve less active victims. Plus non consensual scenarios tend to invovle the victim gettimg manhandled a little more which is a bit of a turn on

I like consensual stories and experiences. I like knowing you i'm submitting to, that's not to say consensual can't be a surprise.

Non-consensual does seem to be winning lately...
Can't say it's very surprising but since there are quality stuff on both sides of the stories posted here, you can't say it's because of consensual stories being boring or non-cons being just too horrible.
With the sweet and imaginative "C" stories and the hot and intense "NC"s we got here, there's good stuff for every kind, so you won't feel you're missing something if you read only one or the other. And of course, like most of us do back and forth between the two, the most "curious" of us get the best of both worlds...

The results are clear. There's a large amount of interest for both consensual and non-consensual stuff.
Still, it looks like we have a clear winner here!
