Stories of Tie Up Games

I am looking for a story where there is a boy that plays tied up game with his girl friend in i believe a tree house which serve as some sort of "hideout/base". His friend tied to a pole in there. Then he also brought his mother into the game and tied his mother with his friend, but she was tied on the floor. After some time, he untied his friend cause she needs to do go home. But then, her mother disappeared and turns out, a lady found her tied up and decide to kidnap her to her house.
