Big Brother to the Rescue...not so much (m/m)

This story takes place when I was 14, and it was a game we were playing in a large territory (a farm with a woods around) so it was perfect for Nerf warring. My little sister Ashley (12f) was on my team, and the other team included my friend Paul.

Unlike a lot of my stories, my side actually dominated the nerf war, and took out most of the other team, until it was just Paul and three others, who went on the retreat, trying to avoid us.

At some point, we split up to search for the survivors of the other team, but after no success, we regrouped, and that's when we realized Ashley was missing. We knew the section she had been searching in, and I wanted us to go after her, but for some reason the rest of my team wanted to sweep the opposite area to look for the other team.

So I set off on my own, determined to rescue my sister!

I went full military, popping around corners with my nerf gun at the ready. I felt the most badass I had ever felt. I was the big hero, the coolest guy around. I would save my sister and thus save the day!

While my confidence was still at an all-time high, I heard that classic phrase "Freeze! Don't turn around."

It was Paul. I had been captured!

Now, ordinarily, I would have been thrilled to become a prisoner. However, I was on a rescue mission, and this was going to make things more difficult.

I glowered grumpily as Paul tied my hands behind my back. He then led me over to a barn and tied my feet. He then radio'd his team to let them know that he had captured me, and I heard them say they were on their way.

I had to act quickly if I were to escape…

I maneuvered myself until I was able to reach my ankles with my bound hands. I went to work on the knots, trying to free myself quickly and quietly. Fortunately, Paul was not paying me any mind, as he was keeping a lookout for his teammates with his back to me.

I eventually managed to untie my feet, and the action of doing this served to loosen the rope on my wrists, and I was able to pull free from those as well!

I had to decide whether to sneak away and look for my team or else attack Paul and try to overpower him. Escape was the easier option, but if I managed to capture him, I could maybe trade him for Ashley, and at least I would be able to get a nerf gun to arm myself, so I went with that option. Go big or go home, as they say.

I approached Paul stealthily, and as soon as I was in range, I pounced! His gun went flying and we wrestled on the ground, grappling desperately as we each attempted to gain the upper hand.

Finally, after much effort, and perhaps even skill on my part, I managed to pin Paul to the ground. He struggled for a moment, then went limp. The look on his face told me he wasn't going to fight anymore.

I had won!

So of course that's exactly when the rest of the team showed up. I was seized and bound hand and foot, much tighter than before. They added ropes around my arms and knees for extra security, so all I could do was struggle helplessly, but I wasn't going anywhere.

And that's when they informed me that Ashley had actually escaped them on her own already, so I was a prisoner for no reason.

I spent the rest of the day in captivity, being moved from place to place as they continued to retreat and avoid my teammates. They would untie my legs to march me to a new location, where they would be bound up again. I would be blindfolded when I was being moved for maximum immersion, and they gagged me tightly so I couldn't call out for help.

Once I learned that my sister was safe, I was so delighted to be a prisoner and reveled in every moment of it. Eventually the game just ended without either side properly winning, and I was still a captive by game's end.

I don't really remember more details than that, but hope you enjoyed reading it!

You are captured, escape and pounce on the guy who captured you only to be captured again by the rest of his team so they tie you up tighter than you've ever been tied before. Now they keep you a prisoner by un-tyeing your legs marching you blindfolded to a new place, and continue doing so several times til the game is over.

This must have seemd like heaven being tied and retied by your best friend and kept prisoner all day.

Well, if you can't remember any more about it, you know what they say: never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
