okay, here’s something i typed out. hopefully it’s clear enough.
before i start, i just want to say that you should always be extremely careful when doing this. i almost got stuck one time tying my wrists the way i do it here so remember to always have a backup plan.
you’ll need:
- scissors
- duct tape
- 2 belts
- string
- chair (obviously)
the chair i used was like one of those metal fold out chairs since the metal bar at the bottom is good for keeping your feet under the chair
MAKING THE WRIST AND ANKLE CUFFS
the first thing you want to do is set up the wrist and leg cuffs. you want to make the two belts into belt handcuffs (there are a few youtube tutorials on how to make them). we’ll be referring to the belts as the wrist belt and ankle belt. take your string and lead one end though the hole closest to the end of the wrist belt and then through the cuff part of the leg belt. what this lets you do is tighten your wrist belt by pulling your legs away from you. the string pulls on the end of the wrist belt, tightening it.

this can become very difficult to escape! be careful not to make it too tight! i find that wearing a slightly thicker jacket helps ease the pain on the skin and makes it a little easier to slide your arms out.
DUCT TAPE
now, before you use any tape, you should get your feet under the chair and tighten the ankle cuffs around your ankles. if you are using the same chair i did, it becomes harder to get your feet past the metal bar once you’ve duct taped yourself.
once you’ve done that, you can now duct tape your thighs and chest to the chair, increasing security but also potentially making it harder to escape. you can also add more tape to your legs to secure them even tighter.
EXTRAS
finally, before you put on the wrist cuffs, you can add on anything you’d like to spice up your session. for the gag, i stuffed a sock in my mouth and covered it with duct tape and a pillowcase. i also added a blindfold.
CONCLUSION
remember, its incredibly easy to get stuck. always have a backup plan and don’t make the wrist cuffs too tight.
