Why is there so no chat feature here?

We've already had this discussion many times.
The chat was up for a full year prior to being taken down in 2019.
It's not coming back.

It's called "Tug Talk," the forum that you actually posted this topic in, which should be in Suggestions and Comments, but I digress....
I'm sure you're talking about a instant "live chat" feature. We did have that a while back, but it was never used and buggy, so I removed it.
Moving this to Suggestions and Comments, which is where such feedback should be given.

Apologies for incorrectly posting this suggestion. As for the live chat, wasn’t aware it was ever here.
