Do you like tie-up games with guns?

So, there are different types of tie-up games, and some of them involve guns (or simply pointing your finger like a gun). Such games include robbery, Wild West, kidnapping, cops and robbers, spies or snoops being caught, etc.
So how much does a gun add to your tie up fantasy or experience?

Prop or toy guns can definitely add a little bit to the classic tie-up games.

Specifically for those games you listed. : )

They also minimize the wrestling / grappling of the hostage that usually precedes the typing up.

I agree. In my experience we use a water gun and once someone pulls it out the other surrenders. This allows us to concentrate on tying and nothing else. It also allows one person to tie two or more.

It depends on the person and how they react. Sometimes they say "you'll never get away with this" or "wait until I get loose." Sometimes they just put their hands up and go with it.

The gun is open to anyone so if a person gets free and grabs the gun then the other person will be the next victim.

I always thought that playing in RL would benefit from props like toy-guns and such, just as clothing might help to get and stay "in the mood". Always: safety first!

I'm leaning more towards being defiant when it comes to being tied up, so when it comes to involving guns in the play I'd comply but not without talking back as I'm being intimidated.

I feel that guns in a TUG would have to be evenly distributed. Like, if you are playing airsoft and restraining the surrendered players. But at that point, everyone has a gun, so the playing field is fairly level.
SOURCE: playing Rogue Spear Rules. Every player is issued zip ties.

I wouldn't play along, as I grew up watching campy Batman re-runs in the 60s, I'm all for alternative and far more elaborate "methods" of capture. Coming to think of it, I'm having a hard time recalling the exact convention we used while playing cops and robbers; I believe it was just a variation on "tag you're it".

Toy guns are fine.
