Boy tickled by aunt

Can anyone write a story about this boy who loves tying up games? One day he is visited by his playful aunt who ties him up to the four corners of his bed out of a escape game and as punishment for failing to escape, she tickle tortures him all over while teasing and taunting him with baby/tickle talk. Despite his ordeal, he finds his submissive/masochist side and in the end, becomes a willing tickle toy for her

Let's just make sure that any such stories do not feature erotic tones. Unless the "boy" is 18, such a narrative should not carry any sexual undertones. That includes making allusions to eroticism/arousal.
