Fred was at the ball game, Shaggy and Scooby were eating so Velma and Dapme decided to explore the old hospital themeselves.

You can tell this is an old hospital due to non-uniform straightjackets. Consistency is key people, either have a crotch strap or don't.

At the microphone is Velma Dinkley (Scooby Doo)
The first girl in line is Judy Jetson (The Jetsons)
I don’t recognize the second girl
Third looks like Madelyn Dinkley (Velma’s cousin on a Scooby Doo spin off)
Fourth is Jane Jetson (Judy’s mother on The Jetsons)
Fifth is Daphne Blake (Scooby Doo)
And last looks like Luna (also from the Scooby Doo spin off)

I love the scooby gals! Velma I’m particular is one of my FAVORITE characters to see in bondage. Here’s a couple I did myself, hopenypu like them.

I have no idea, I never watched the shows on a regular basis. Maybe some side character, I don't know.
