My original reply: Being found bound and gagged by people not consenting to my tie-up, would be most humuliating and not at all something I'm into.

Bound in underwear for me. Having a man strip down to his skivvies and leaving him tied up and gagged.

I cannot imagine anything more humiliating than a Type A, muscular hunk of a man being found bound and gagged wearing only his skimpy, bikini briefs!

I'd say it's to be found by your parents. If the bondage is consensual and part of a play between partners, then being gagged with a pair of underwear or wearing your underwear while you're tied up could be considered just kinky (and super hot too).

Voted for being found by parents as my dad caught me in self bondage many tears ago. It was so embarrassing.
