I'm so excited to. I'm about to post the next chapter, it's one of my favorites of the story so far, and is basically the end of act 1

Chapter 11 - Changing Hands

The forced cycles of near suffocation were starting to get to Mateo. Every time Luke closed his nostrils it seemed like the time between breaths got longer, and the time to catch his breath got shorter. He desperately searched for a way to get free, as his brain flooded his body with distress signals.

Thankfully his torture was interrupted when Luke got an alert on his phone from the security system.

He had visitors.

“Shit.” Luke said. He yanked the hood off Mateo so he could breathe freely. He ran upstairs to the computer that served as the control center, leaving Seth locked in the cell and Mateo strapped to the table.

After hearing Ricky's information about Rolland's compound, Carlo and Ricky had run back to Ricky’s place to grab some bondage gear, then driven out to a hidden back gravel road on Rolland’s property. Ricky new about this road because Rolland had once made him strip naked and run through the woods as Rolland "hunted" him, tackled him, tied him up and tortured him for hours. During his attempt to hide, he'd stumbled upon this old path he doubted many of the other guys knew about. Carlo and Ricky parked and snuck through the woods, until they found a tactical position to watch the long main driveway people used to get to Rolland's house.

When they saw Selim and Artis driving away, they knew it was their chance to strike.

Carlo had hoped Luke and Selim would be the ones to go on whatever mission the team was doing, as Artis would be the easiest to take down. Oh well. He'd wrestled Luke before, he could do it again.

They gave the car a good 25 minutes to get away, since Rolland’s place was pretty far from the rest of the guys’ homes, this would ensure they couldn't just turn around and help Luke. Additionally the sun had nearly fully set, and darkness would help cover their escape if it came to that. Carlo and Ricky ran through the woods to the front door of Rolland's house. Ricky pointed at the camera aimed directly at them. Luke knew they were here. It was now a race against the clock.

Carlo began picking the lock of the front door, while Ricky kept watch.

Inside, Luke locked himself in Rolland's room and searched every camera feed. It was just Carlo and Ricky. No backups.

Were they here to take him, or free Mateo? Or both?

Luke immediately texted Selim and told him about the attackers. Selim said he and Nahum were on their way, Artis and Dasol were securely tied, and they should be there in 15-20 minutes.

Shit. That was a long time.

Luke's mind raced. Should he barricade himself in the dungeon, try to keep Carlo out as long as he could do so he couldn't get to him or the prisoners? Should Luke go on the offensive, try to take him down on his own? Should he get to safety and leave the other prisoners in the dungeon to split Carlo’s attention.

He didn't like his odds against Carlo, who'd wrestled in college and still wrestled recreationally. He didn't like the idea of hunkering down with the prisoners, since that would mean Carlo only had to breach one door before he could free Mateo and take down Luke.

Luke decided to split Carlo's attention.

But first, a calculated risk.

Watching the front door feed on his phone, Luke ran to the dungeon. He locked as many padlocks as he could find onto the leather cuffs and straps pinning Mateo down, then he ordered Seth to approach the door and be handcuffed.

Normally Seth would comply, he'd seen what happened to players that disobeyed Luke. But this time, Luke seemed frantic. He wasn't in control. Something was wrong, and if Seth disobeyed Luke now, he might just be playing a small part in taking the mastermind down. He would still need to be smart though, and he would have to wait for the perfect moment.

Seth approached the cell door, let Luke cuff his hands behind his back, and let Luke open the cell door. Luke began leading Seth out of the dungeon and towards Rolland's room.

Then an alarm went off on Luke's phone. The front door was unlocked.

Fuck.

Seth took this moment to strike, he ripped himself away from Luke's guiding hand and started sprinting down the hall.

Carlo successfully picked the lock and pushed the door open, only for it to get stuck a few inches open by the chain lock. He motioned for Ricky, who searched through their bag for a small pair of bolt cutters.

Luke turned to chase Seth, before hearing the clip of the chain across the door. Carlo was inside.

Luke cut his losses. He'd rather lose his prisoners than be taken prisoner himself. If anything, all the locks he'd put on Mateo would slow Carlo down.

Luke ran up to Rolland's room, locked the door, and started pushing furniture in front of it.

Seth ran to the front door where Carlo was storming inside.

“Where's Luke?” Carlo asked the handcuffed escapee, “and where's Mateo?”

“Luke's upstairs. Mateo’s down in the dungeon, he's got a lot of locks on him, and Luke has the key.” Seth turned around and showed Carlo his cuffed hands, “please get me out of these.”

“No can do,” Carlo said, already heading down the hall towards Mateo, “but we can get you out of here. Stay with Ricky.”

Seth nodded and ran outside, standing close to Ricky who kept watch. Maybe he'd fare better with these new prisoners. Maybe they'd be easier to escape. Ricky got a message on his walky talky from Carlo:

“Watch the driveway. I'm getting Mateo and Luke.”

Ricky took Seth and led him to a spot in the woods where he could watch the entrance to Rolland's long driveway.

Carlo ran to the dungeon, he saw Mateo strapped to the table.
The surfer turned to see his friend rescuing him.

“Luke has the keys!” Mateo said, “take him down. I understand if you have to leave me here. Just win this fucking game.”

“I need you on my side to win this game,” Carlo said, “plus, I'm sure we’ll have plenty of time to take Luke down together.”

Most of the many restraints that bound the naked surfer were simple Velcro straps. Carlo quickly yanked those off. The problem was his wrist restraints, ankle cuffs, and collar were all locked in place.

Luke had double and triple locked the cuffs in his attempt to slow Carlo down. It had worked. Carlo was able to use his bolt cutters to get through most of the locks, as they were thin small padlocks. But three remained. One thick lock for each wrist cuff, and one for the collar.

Mateo was pinned to the bench until Carlo could get those off.

Carlo began picking the locks.

Luke watched from the computer barricaded in Rolland's room. He had Selim on speaker phone, filling him in: Carlo was stalled breaking Mateo out, Ricky and Seth were out in the woods somewhere - out of sight of the cameras, probably waiting to jump Selim when he returned.

Selim told Luke to hang in there, they were almost home.

Luke watched in horror as Carlo picked each lock and freed Mateo. All Luke could do now is hope the locks had brought him enough time.

Mateo stood up, grabbed a speedo that was one of many outfits and uniforms kept on a shelf in the dungeon, and put it on; he wanted at least some sort of clothing on if he was going to be escaping this place.

Carlo and Mateo ran up to the door Luke was barricaded behind. That door was locked with a simple twist lock, so he didn't have to pick it so much as just twist the other side with his tool. He pushed the door, only to find a full dresser blocking it from opening.

Fuck.

Down by the driveway, Ricky saw headlights. He radioed Carlo to report.

“Selim and Artis are back"

He looked inside the car as it passed him. Selim was driving, Artis was tied up in the passenger seat.

“Shit. Selim turned on Artis. It's just him. I think you can take him.”

Carlo turned to Mateo. The two nodded. Together they could take down Selim, then they'd have all the time in the world to snag Luke.

They ran downstairs, and found places to hide so they could jump out as Selim entered the house.

Right then they got another message.

“Abort! Abort” Ricky yelled into the radio as he saw Nahum's truck approaching, “Nahum's coming. He's probably on their side.”

Carlo and Mateo ran to the side door to get away.

At that same moment they saw the lights of the two cars shine through the windows of the house, brights on to search for the escapees and their rescuers. Ricky and Seth ran through the woods, keeping pace with the cars to keep watch.

Nahum clocked Carlo and Mateo leaving through the side door. He stopped his truck, and ran out towards them, calling for Selims's help.

Selim didn't like the idea of running after Carlo and Mateo, especially with Ricky and Seth somewhere out there possibly waiting to either jump them or free their new captives. But if Nahum went off on his own he'd surely be taken down, and Carlo was (as of right now) their biggest rival and threat.

Selim hopped out of his car and locked the door. He joined Nahum in his chase.

Carlo and Mateo ran, weaving and ducking behind trees, sheds, cages, pillaries, and the assorted outdoor bondage setup that Rolland had. The dark woods covered their escape, but they heard their pursuers close behind them.

Seeing the cars unattended, Ricky and Seth ran up to the window of Selim's car and knocked on it. Artis turned, still blindfolded.

“Unlock the door,” Ricky said, “we’re breaking you out.”

The betrayed nerd had no naive idea that Ricky wanted to free him. But if being taken by them meant fucking over his betrayers he would absolutely comply. He stretched his tied arms, and used his fingers to look for the door lock. Finally he found it. Ricky threw open the door, unbuckled Artis’ seatbelt, and grabbed some things out of his backpack.


With a pair of safety shears Ricky cut the ropes on Artis’ legs and ankles. He pulled off the nerd’s blindfold and helped him get out of the car. He didn't untie the chest harness or wrist rope. Ricky had no intention of letting Artis go free.

Ricky did the same thing to Dasol, though even easier than before since Nahum hadn't locked his truck when he’d hopped out to chase Carlo. Ricky now had three men, all with their wrists tied behind their backs, to lead to their car.

He began leading them through the woods, then stopped. He heard a commotion in the distance. Nahum and Selim shouting to each other, trying to find Carlo. He had to get them off the trail if Ricky and his allies had any chance of escaping.

Ricky chose a sacrifice.

With a pair of handcuffs in his back pocket, Ricky swiftly locked them on the chain between the cuffs locked on Seth. He locked the other side of the cuffs to a thin but sturdy tree trunk before Seth could react. He left the keys to his handcuffs on the ground in front of Seth.

With the naked man tethered in place, Ricky pulled a shock collar from his backpack and strapped it to Seth's thigh. He cranked the voltage up until the pain was so strong Seth began to scream.

Carlo and Mateo heard their pursuers close behind them. Then suddenly, a scream. Selim and Nahum turned and headed off after the noise.

Carlo and Mateo ran to the getaway car. From the other direction Ricky appeared, with Artis and Dasol behind him, their arms and chests still securely bound.

Ricky unlocked the car and the 5 men piled inside.

They peeled away from Rolland's place, catching their breath, big smiles stretching across their faces.

In the backseat, Mateo put his arm on Artis’ thigh. The bound nerd shuttered, and his erection was soon visible through his running shorts.

Chapter 12 - Aftermath
“Well aint this familiar” Nahum said, as he and Selim stared down at Luke, who was strapped down to a sawhorse, shaking and whimpering in pain.

After failing to stop Carlo’s rescue mission, finding Seth in the woods and bringing him back to the cell, the two had gone to check on Luke. Luke opened the way to Rolland's room, and asked them what had happened in the woods.

For the disastrous events that had happened on Luke's watch, Selim and Nahum decided Luke should be punished.

They grabbed their ally, pinned him down, and cut off his clothes. The dragged him, kicking and protesting down into the dungeon where they forced him onto a fucking sawhorse and strapped in in place.

Luke's definitely getting desperate as the game goes on. Though I'll say behind the screen he set the temperature limit lower than Rolland would. Not that that changes the psychological element of the burning-shivering cycle

Chapter 13 - Checking in on Vishal
We jump back to the morning before, as the next two chapters follow what Vishal has been up to

The chains were much too short for Jeremiah to stand, so the captive had to choose to either kneel or lie face down in the dirt.

Jeremiah chose to kneel.

Chapter 14 - How to Dominate 3 Guys

By late afternoon on Saturday, Vishal had his 3 prisoners back in his house.

It's hard to single-handedly dominate three men at once, but Vishal made it work.
