Stories of Tie Up Games

I remember that i felt something. When i saw someone Tied up in movies. But this feeling came to a breakthru, when I saw the movie childs play, Where Chucky had tied up the boy, and stuffed a sock in his mouth.
The first time I was tied up, I just let them tie me up, it was sooo exciting

Had an early interest in tied up people or characters in films and books/magazines. Tug-interest began in my early teens, had a friend who I played with. Don't know if he did it for the same reason, but he was pretty eager to restrain me and sometimes I got the upper hand too.

I remember being interested in it at a very young age, definitely by the time I was 7 (maybe even younger). I remember seeing the brief tape gag scene in That Darn Cat and just really wanting that to happen to me or do it to someone else. Every time I saw a bondage scene in a movie from then on, my heart would start racing.

Definitely from cartoons or tv shows as a kid. I liked the heros being captured, bound and put into death traps. Especially when the female love interest was also involved! favourite scenes were definitely from power rangers or the batman cartoons. But I think my first scene wher I REALLY noticed when roger rabbit was tied back to back with Jessica rabbit! Especially Jessicas moans of peril and her chest

Very young for me. I absolutely noticed any time Daphne was kidnapped and tied up. Being a small child in the early 80's, Daisy Duke was constantly being tied up. Somehow or another Mary Ann and Ginger on Gilligan's Island reruns found themselves tied up quite a bit, and I was there for it!

I used to use multiple hair ties around my wrists because they actually gave the pressure of a secure tie.

Did you play Cops and Robbers often?

I feel like I can pin point how this started and how it actually gilot me into tie-up fantasies. There was this Polish comedy series about police precinct and one of the characters was played by absolutely stunning actress, always wearing short skirt, pantyhose and heels. There were several tied up scenes, the best one being her chairtied and stuff gagged. I also recall one commercial of a white-cheese of all things. A security guard was sitting in an office chair paying no attention to the screens when two robbers barge in and tape him tightly to the chair. My young mind quickly made a connection "it would be so cool if that pretty policewo.an was the guard here''.

In the 60s when I grew up we only had one TV channel, but afternoon TV brought out my desires in many ways. I love watching Westerns with cowboys being tied up and gagged with their own bandanas, especially Laredo had some good scenes, the old Batman & Robin TV series which was kind of corny also had some great bondage scenes. Finally my favourite was Flipper, I always hope to see the boys being tied up and gagged.

The movie that really convinced me I liked GID's was Arsenic & Old Lace, where the main character gets tied up by his older scary brother. Tied to a chair and gagged.

It definitely started from damsel in distress scenes in movies and tv shows especially one of my favorite shows criminal minds.

When I was young there was this "Handmaid's Tale" film in the cinemas. This is what the posters looked like:



Why, oh why was this so fascinating for me? And in that time there were cinemas with painted advertisements, so imagine this painted meter-high... And I was ashamed to show anybody how much I liked this image...

Today I know this image is totally a lie; there is no scene like that in the film. But they surely thought this would lure people into the cinemas.

Somehow I always knew that I was into TUGs (Tied-Up Gals), but getting some Wonder Woman comics definitely was one of the first times it all really clicked. In particular there was a (reprinted) golden age story; the first part had WW and the Amazons enjoying some, well, tie-up games. The second had them capturing some nefarious women from some organization or another. The parts I remember most had a small group of them (in their skin-tight outfits) standing with the hands secured behind them and ropes around their upper bodies; it was pretty convincing, even by contemporary standards.

But the part that really threw me was that, when they put these gals in their individual cells, they left them tied up. That really resonated with me and I wasn't certain why, but six-year-old me knew I liked it.

But what really cemented it was the afternoon when some older kids (10- or 11-years old) decided to tie two gals playfully to a tree in the front yard. As I recall they did a pretty good job, too; I thought, "Wow they probably really can't get out of that!" It didn't hurt that one of the gals was a neighbor I had a crush on and she was (as usual) barefoot. I kept hoping they'd add gags but it never happened.

The guys tickled and playfully tormented both gals for... 10 minutes? More? Less? I honestly don't recall. But after a bit they were let loose and the entire group wandered off. At the time it was a pretty heady experience for me!

It'd be another 12 years before I saw another tied-up gal, and I had done the tying. I engaged in TUGs (Tie-Up-Games) regularly with her and then irregularly with other gals until 2007, when my first full-time bondagette partner moved in. There've been a few others since and, in 2021 I met Grace. I put her in the straitjacket for the first time, she curled up next to me and we watched Netflix like that for a few hours. Lo-and-behold, I had the same feeling as when I first saw that Wonder Woman comic some 50 years earlier. It was... wonderful, a feeling I hadn't experienced in such a long time I'd almost forgotten about it.

Grace routinely gets strapped in for 3, 4, sometimes as much as 6 hours, a few nights a week. And I still get that feeling every time.

Totally Spies did it for me. Three pretty girls getting tied up every episode? That's when I knew I liked bondage.

Mostly TV. I think the ones that really gave me those tingles was Penny Gadget, April O’Neil and the Prince from Sleeping Beauty. Also, loved the Hardy Boys. The cover of “While the Clock Ticked” has always been, and probably will always be one of my favorites.

My first experience with a TUG game was playing cops and robbers with some of the kids in the neighborhood. It involved getting “captured” by one of the boys who lived down the street in the woods. We spent a lot of time crouching down and moving amongst the trees with his hand clamped over my mouth. I think that’s when I really got those tingles again He took me into a barn and tied me to a chair with rope and gagged me with a bandana. Fell in love with being tied up after that. Whenever we’d play cops and robbers after that, I’d find myself purposely getting “captured” so I could be tied up again
