Aw, what a nice ending. The emotional outbreak was a realistic touch, so was the desire to pee and the relief that came with doing it. I appreciate the realism. Clearly, Jacob has a serious thing for keeping you restrained and gagged with his worn socks. Apparently, you also do as well!

Awesome stuff @dzejar. As a fellow non-native speaker, this tale reminds me of @squirrel's and my own early beginnings as authors here. Practice makes better, and I foresee you becoming more adept at writing in English if you keep reading, writing and putting in such effort. I very much enjoyed this short tale featuring Jacob and yourself. Hopefully, this will be the first of many Well done!
