Microsoft launched an "upgrade" to Dall-E 3 that apparently everyone hated so much that they rolled back the launch which probably affected the images you created.

Have your images been deleted by Bing?
I'm pretty sure that's the hosting rather than Bing as mine were ones that I had downloaded and posted on imgbb. Its odd though as my daz3d stuff I posted in the Artwork sections is still there.
