It's common for online platforms to set a minimum post requirement for private messaging. Discovering this after attempting to send messages explains the lack of responses previously.

Hi, I was downgraded to pink group, but still have my 10 posts, have I something to do to return intermediary user ?

I fixed this. For some reason the change didn't get auto approved in the system and got stuck.

This makes sense now ok

I was recently downgraded to a pink member again, do I need to make more posts to go back to purple?

update: I think some of my older comments got deleted and that's why I was downgraded

Was there a change to the inbox settings? It’s now only allowing 100 messages?

Indeed, there was. This was done to save storage space. We were at capacity a couple of weeks ago, and a LOT of the used space was coming from old PMs. Inboxes have been reduced to contain 100 messages instead of 500.
