I happen to know that some movie scenes do continue between takes. It depends on the actor and how they're bound. I've read about Jennifer Tilly on the set of Seed of Chucky. (Her journal actually.) She talked about spending a few days tied to the bed while the prop people worked the dolls.
Since I've done something similar to A before, I'll pick option B

A: Assuming this takes place in a secluded area away from public view. Normally, I like to be either completely naked or wearing something leather, but I’d worry too much about either my butt being uncomfortable or getting my gear dirty. As far as how I’m tied (I’ve only ever been handcuffed to a tree with my hands behind back), I’d love for my hands (behind back) and body to be tightly bound to the tree, with ropes around knees (above and below) and at the ankles. Extra points to my captor if he/she can find a way to tie my legs to either a branch or another tree in such a way that that there’s no movement allowed or slack at all. Sounds like a relaxing day!

Now this is a question goddamn. Where the relaxing day of tight bondage yoga is fucking STUNNING in my eyes, id be silly not to subject myself to a day off cruel, extreme bondage positions... I need to work on stretching anyways so if you ask me, win win scenario xxx

These are really fun choices (and devious)! As a huge fan of chains, I’m gonna have to go with A. Second place goes to B, because I’ve never tried nose hooks and think that would also be a lot of fun!

WYR:

You’re going to spend four hours naked and tightly bound in a spreadeagle position, hooded, and gagged. For thoroughness, you’re laying on a latex bedsheet, so don’t worry about making a mess. You will be monitored throughout your session. Your captor gives you the choice of:

A. You will be fitted with e-stim pads and an e-stim butt plug will be inserted. The e-stim will be continues throughout your session, with varying intensity levels throughout. If male, you will be subjected to a highly textured milking machine that will be sucking and stroking non-stop during this time (varying in intensity from medium to fast). You and your partner/friend are going to spend a night on the town. WYR:

B for sure. Better to tie and get it done right even if it means being alone.

B. Be chained up to some workout equipment (treadmill and things like that) and being forced to do a certain amount of reps. If you are chained to a treadmill, the cuffs on your wrists will be closely chained to the side arms so that you can't give up running. If you do, you will be dragging Tha remaining distance.

Option A. I've always wanted to try a nose hook because of the humiliation aspect. I'm not that fond of apple gags because they seem easy to spit out but I'll assume they've secured it in place with some tape maybe.

A. Be tied to a chair that's fixed in place in the back of a van. The van has tinted windows so you can see out but no one can see you inside. You're gagged so you can't call out either. B. I’ve never done suspension and think that would be lots of fun! If possible, I’d like to be suspended in a face-down spreadeagle position.

You’re in a private area with no chance of being seen. It’s a nice day outside. WYR:

A. Have your hands tied behind your back and feet tied/cuffed slightly apart so that you can barely walk. You have to hobble 3 miles to get the key.
B. Have your hands tied behind your back and feet also tied together, so all you can do is hop. You have to hop a mile to get the key.
C. You are hogtied—but it’s not terribly strict. However, you obviously can’t use your feet. You have to roll (or something!) half a mile to get the key.

C the hog cuff. I can roll a half mile on my property and not be arrested for kinky stuff in public.

D. I’m definitely not interested in A, B, or C! I’ve never been gagged with underwear or panties (not really my thing), so my first thought was that this is the lesser or 4 evils. You’re taking an international plane ride. However, your partner/captor has made it very clear to the airlines that you’re extremely scared of flying and that being in bondage calms you down. D. Placed in a straitjacket, collar, and ankle hobbles and turned over to the expert care of the flight attendants. Don’t worry, they’ll take good care of you. You might be used as a footstool or toyed with. But when they get up to make their rounds—you’ll be placed on a leash and be going with them up and down the aisles. Would you like coffee or tea?
