I always used to enjoy watching youngsters following their sat-navs (or whatever). For some strange reason, paths are seldom straight and sat-navs don't show bogs!

I finally found the time to continue reading your story but unfortunately only had the time for one chapter. I'm now finished with "Receiving the guests", so I'm still somewhat at the beginning... I like how they care for their prisoners and make sure they are not too uncomfortable because they are volunteers. Also it's kinda cute that they honor their promises that much. I'm sure Steve is glad that he isn't gagged by the stick anymore but also that he decided on the stick instead of tape which caused Scott some pain at the removal.

I get the impression that Scott somewhat relishes pain. And as for keeping their word: of course they do, they are Scouts after all.
Thanks for the feed-back.

As far as treatment is concerned, @Snozzberry, what goes around comes around. If the lads are to continue to enjoy their innocent diversions, a certain consideration has to be extended. There is also the need to avoid getting into real trouble with interfering adults.
Comments are ALWAYS welcome.

I'd need reminding of which episode this is. It is many years since I wrote this founding tale.

Merely something that one of the Scouts found lying around. And, in the words of the motto: be prepared.
It's a good job that the passengers were neither Long Tom nor Zac, they would certainly not have fitted,

"Looking After Luke" (
viewtopic.php?t=3416 ) is the next in chronological order but is not part of the main narrative thread. It does, however introduce a future charatcer.
