'There is just too many things not adding up?' NCIS Special Agent Eleonor Bishop, (Emily Wickersham), had thought about the new agent Ria Purnell that seemed to be far to good an agent for a 'Probie!' (Also Ellie was as everyone was suggesting was a little Bit Jealous of the new agent that was upstaging her!) The only other agent that seemed to not trust her was NCIS agent and trainer Alexandria 'Alex' Quinn, (Jennifer Esposito)!
Alex had always found something off about Ria since she trained her for service, true she felt the same way about many other's like Ellie, who she trained at the same time. To be honest that was the first thing that Alex and Ellie had in common and both had been VERY difficult when Ria was training. Ria due to a complicated life just kept her head down and got through it as best she could until she became victim of a Naval services training 'Hazing' situation!
Ria was stripped completely naked by several masked male 'Probie's' jealous she got the top score in the training academy. They tied her spread eagle and stuff gagged her with her own white knickers. Ria saved Jane, diffused the bomb and got the evidence that linked the crime to a terrorist who admitted to all his crimes except trying to kill a federal agent, the NCIS saw this as trying to get off death row and despite suspicions from FBI agent Kate Whistler, (Tori Anderson), in particular despite her fiancé Lucy Tara, (Yasmine Al- Bustami), Ria was transferred to a post at the NCIS Headquarters!
Bizarrely while Ria was on leave in the UK after the transfer two females broke into Lucy and Kate's apartment and over powered them. Lucy was bound with zip ties with her wrists to the chair sides and ankles spread to the legs naked. Her silver knickers were shoved in her mouth and held in place by a zip tie. Rhiannon worked at the Carnsham Gazzette and is passed over for a coveted junior reporter position in favour of her friend AJ, though her boss Norman, who initially coins her nickname "Sweet Pea," comes to respect her talents and eventually promotes her and awards her with better jobs and more responsibilities, without knowing her true ways?
Rhiannon Lewis had been thinking a lot about the sad state of her life and people that make her feel invisible and she would thus love to kill. These included what she called "Manspreaders" who spread out the local newspaper, the company she worked for, in front of her on the bus, her boss at work Norman, for failing to acknowledge her potential and actually everyone at work for ignoring her in general and acting as if she doesn't exist. It is also includes her sister, Seren, (Alexandra Dowling), for moving away and her ignoring her texts, their mother for leaving them as a child and Julia Blenkingsopp, (Nicole Lecky), a bully who made her feel like a ghost in high school to the point of tearing out her own hair and having to wear a wig. There is also Craig, who had a one-night stand with her, only to then ignore her requests to see him again. Finally, there is her father, Tommy, whom she would kill if not for the fact that he's already dying, leaving her to deal with her problems on her own!
Rhiannon visits her father at the hospital, only to find him apparently dead. However, just when she starts panicking, he opens his eyes and sits up, revealing that he was only pranking her and had unplugged his machine. He tells her that she needs to stop letting people walk all over her, that they need to see her, how special she is. He tells her to be more "rahr." Hearing him coughing, however, she realizes that he really is not doing well. She tries to go get a nurse to get help, but is ignored. When she returns to his room, he is actually is dead!
Rhiannon travels to her father's funeral service with only her dog Tink. Her sister, Seren, arrives late, claiming that her flight was delayed. When the pastor incorrectly refers to Rhiannon as "Rhian" and she tries to correct him, Seren shushes her. At the afterservice, Rhiannon is stunned to see Julia, her high school bully, and annoyed when Julia acts as if she doesn't even recognize her. She is even more shocked when Seren reveals that she is planning to sell off the family home and has hired Julia, who has moved back to Carnsham, as the real estate agent. Rhiannon pleads with Seren not to do this, reminding her that she lives in the home and that Julia ruined her life. Seren, however, just brushes off her concerns, even telling her that she ought to visit SQR, the club where Julia and her clique hang out, and have fun with her!
Rhiannon goes into work, where she thinks to herself that she'd like to kill everyone there for failing to notice the hole in reception for the past 10 days and her boss Norman for treating her as a coat rack when he tosses his coat atop her upon entering the office. Squaring herself up, she goes into his office, telling him that she'd like to be considered for the junior reporter position that has recently opened up. To her annoyance, he calls her "Sweet Pea," telling her that he really doesn't see her in editorial. She says that it's because she's not there yet, but like her father, he tells her that she needs to be more "rahr" and that she doesn't have a killer instinct. He suggests she try again when she does and dismisses her, asking her to take some papers to recycle out on the way!
Rhiannon returns to her desk, angrily stuffing the papers in the recycling. She uses a switchblade knife to open envelopes and is approached by AJ Pierce, who comments on the knife being a "serious bit of kit." He asks to see Norman and she tells him that he likes for her to call first, only for Norman to wave him on in. She mutters to herself, cursing and asking what she's even there for and overhears Norman complimenting AJ's mother. Norman then comes out with AJ, introducing him as the new junior reporter who will be working starting tomorrow and she realizes that he got the job because Norman is friendly with his mother, thinking to herself that he's a "Nepo-baby." She angrily follows him out of the office and stalks him into the subway, startling him and making up an excuse about a form that he needs to fill out!
That evening, Rhiannon takes Tink out for a walk and receives a text from Seren telling her that she's serious about selling the house and is arranging a valuation for tomorrow. As she continues walking, she is stunned to see a billboard for Julia Blenkingsopp's real-estate agency, Badgertons, featuring a picture of her and the caption "WE'RE HOT PROPERTY." Her shock is so great that she unwittingly lets go of Tink and reverts to her old habit of pulling out her hair. She stares at the reflection of the bald stop in the glass of a bus stop shelter, only to her a crunching noise and a yelp from Tink, who has been run over on the side of the road, dead!
Rhiannon goes home and buries Tink. She calls Seren, leaving her a message pleading with her not to sell the house. She then gets angry, telling her that she doesn't want Julia there and that she can tell her to f@ck off. She then declares that she'll just do it herself. She goes to SQR and confronts Julia, only for Julia to act again as if she barely exists. She tells her that she has to work it out with her sister. Rhiannon shouts at her, telling her she ruined her life and did it again, and she killed her dog, but Julia treats her as being delusional, telling her clique that Rhiannon was always making up stories and is probably just lonely!
At wit's end, Rhiannon stalks off outside in the rain to find a quiet, secluded spot to sit. As she tries to pull herself together, a man unexpectedly steps up next to her and takes a pee, splattering her in the process. She startles and he comments that he didn't see her, chuckling. As he starts to walk away, she kicks him. He curses and she shouts at him, asking "Do you see me now?" He turns and charges at her, telling her that he'll end her, but she grabs her knife and stabs him the stomach. He complains that she ruined his shirt and that she's in it for it now. He rushes her, but she stabs him in the neck, blood spurting everywhere. "Do you see me now?!" she shouts, stabbing him again and again. "Do you see me now?" she asks once more, smiling, but he is dead on the ground. She rises, considers her knife, and pushes the body into the nearby river. She then covers herself with her coat to conceal the blood and returns home, washing off what little blood wasn't already washed away by the rain at the sink!
Rhiannon was annoyed when she gets a text from Seren telling her that Julia is coming to the house for a valuation and that there's no need for her to be there. Ignoring this, she goes home anyway to be present for the valuation. Having learned that Julia herself is now interested in buying the home, Rhiannon calls Seren and leaves her an annoyed message, asking her just when she was planning to tell her this. Seren later calls her back, saying that Julia had offered her a great price and she is the oldest and needs a deposit. She complains about not having been able to get a hold of Julia, not knowing that Rhiannon has actually kidnapped Julia and is holding her in the garage, wrist tied behind to a brick beam, ankles tied together also with white rope cord and cleave gagged with a white patterned dish cloth!
She then tells Rhiannon that she's sending over a surveyor from Julia's agency, Badgertons, anyway, prompting Rhiannon to curse and cut the call. She hurries home and intercepts the surveyor, forbidding him from entering the property. Rhiannon laments to herself that Seren simply isn't getting the hint when it comes to the fact that she's ignoring her messages and texts. Later, however, she gets a text from Seren telling her that she's coming over and sorting things out herself to sort the sale!
Having freed Julia, after keeping her bound and gagged in her cellar for roughly two weeks, and the two of them having arranged a scheme for Rhiannon to get off scot-free for having murdered three men, including Julia's abusive fiancé, Marcus! While gaining much success releasing stories on the serial killer and Julia going missing, Rhiannon feelings towards Julia change? Rhiannon feels sorry for Julia and they plan to move on with their lives know Marcus is dead, Julia even claims that Rhiannon is her hero!
Meanwhile Rhiannon continues to ignore Seren's calls and texts. Seren ends up arriving just as Rhiannon has murdered her fellow Carnsham Gazzette reporter AJ Pierce after he realized that she was the murderer. "Rhiannon? Are you here?" asks Seren from the hall as Rhiannon sits over AJ's dead body, pleading that she's not a murderer!
Rhiannon didn't want to kill Seren and as she had become good at knocked her sister out cold and left her bound and gagged as Julia had been in the cellar. Julia was a little colder as she was stripped to her black Calvin Klein brief set underwear with a white trim.
