Stories of Tie Up Games

I'm happy to explore anything more with this story, but I'm going to vote A and F. Like the others said, I feel like A is broad and likely overlaps some with the other choices and you'd still get to see his interactions with the other guys.

F- I'd like to see more of Mark getting humiliated by his rival Matt. He avoided getting gassed like his brother was and I think he needs to experience that! I know this option doesn't mean it will play out like that, but I hope!

The Brody options intrigue me, but I'm not all that into role reversal and seeing an alpha type dominated. Would still love to see him fighting to make Sammy his though.

I think A and H could both be the most interesting (all of them would be). I'd love to see Andrew share more toys and ideas with the team.

E & F are my go tos, they sound fun.

G without a doubt. I want to see how they interact with victims that struggle and are bratty, versus victims that instantly sub out to giant doms

And b. I do want to see how they keep getting away with it.

A story where we get to see what it’s like being Chad’s plaything but also managing his role with other three would be very interesting. Not to say I didn’t like the story but I definitely love a story from the sub’s perspective.

I would choose H and I, Brody and Andrew are two of my favorites characters ever

Heresy!!! Nah, I understand, buddy-boi. I know you've already come to realise this, but my decision to construct this tale around Mark's narration was very much deliberate. All of my lengthy tales are told from the submissive/victim's point of view. I really wanted to break from this routine, not only for the sake of narrative diversification, but also for my own enjoyment.

Mark was able to provide us with a mostly unbiased, almost 3rd-person style narration, right up to the point where things began revolving around his own person, during the late-night hazing. It would have broken the story's neutral/distant narration completely had we magically jumped into Sammy's head. I also feel it would have been very redundant, seeing as how Jake's tale is running simultaneously with this one. I won't completely bar the possibility of having Sam narrate a sequel, but I won't hide the fact that I have no immediate plans for it. Either way, we'll see.

I'm gonna pick A and D

A, cause it has the most potential for a diverse storytelling, since there are multiple angles and directions to write about

D, cause I'm a sucker for stories in which someone is in a lower position, surrounded by oppressing personalities. A potential deep dive in Sam's psyche surrounding that could be interesting

I like basically all the Sammy options cause I identify with him the most, the one with the different relationships is interesting too, but A and D are ultimately my picks

These results are only preliminary, seeing as how only twenty of you have responded so far, but already a few surprises have cropped up. I was not expecting so many of you to be intrigued by the unspoken Mark vs Matt rivalry. And while I knew the hazing of new recruits would rank pretty high on the list, I also wasn't expecting it to practically overshadow Sammy's plot.

I do, however, feel the need to mention that this is not a poll about what a potential sequel would be about. Rather, I'm just curious to see which aspects of the storyline you guys are most interested in seeing developed. In the event of a sequel, this would help me decide which elements to give added emphasis to and which to spend less time on.


In order of interest, here are the top three options so far:

A - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SAMMY, DETAILING THE DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS SURROUNDING HIS NEW ROLE.
G - THE HAZING OF NEW AND UNSUSPECTING FOOTBALL TEAM RECRUITS.
F - THE UNSPOKEN RIVALRY BETWEEN OUR NARRATOR (MARK) AND HIS COCKY PSEUDO-RIVAL MATT.


I think what surprises me most, besides the unexpectedly broad interest in the Mark vs Matt subplot, is the fact that option B (A FOCUS ON THE SUMMONS & TRANSPORTATION/PACKAGING TO AND FROM CHAD'S PLACE) is performing so poorly. I'm not sure why, but I was expecting this to be pretty high up there, since it's the one option that hints explicitly at bondage.

Looking at some of the comments and explanations given, it looks like most of you are cramming your votes into option A as a sort of insurance policy. You guys are correct to assume that "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SAMMY" would agglomerate options B, C and D together. But option A would only offer a basic summary of all elements without necessarily offering a deep dive into any of them. The final chapter of the series is a good example of that. A lot was hinted at and summarised, but nothing was explored in great detail.

Either way, interesting results. Keep the votes coming, guys.

As great as they all sound, I am going to have to go with G and H. I am a sucker for anything hazing, and I can't turn down anything with Andrew or his brother.

I fully agree! It was definitely a good change and not something I am outright against. With your comment that I left quoted, do you think you would ever write from the dominant/attacker perspective? Would definitely be fun to hear someone like Brody’s inner thoughts as he tied up freshman to haze!

We have seen third party ones like this series with Mark and the short story with Corey. It would be fun to see one of our more dominant and aggressive tops tell the story. Of course, this is all up to you! Whatever you enjoy writing is what you should write!

A few of my shorter tales (and even not so short ones, like Easy Prey 1) are from the bondage-giver's perspective, but you're right to point out that most of those feature somewhat distant/passive narrators who were instrumental in group action, without being the main instigators (eg: Ethan, Corey, Mark).

I've been polling you guys for 15+ years now (god, I feel old), and although this is most likely due to the content of my stories, my audience is very sub-heavy. I have a few dom readers like @Volobond and @Red86, but most of you are subs and switches. Even in stories like this one, where the narrator is a passive/instrumental bondage-giver, I receive lots of requests for the story to be told from the victim's POV.

I think it's a lot easier for you guys to connect with and feel sympathy for a submissive narrator. The passive/instrumental/semi-removed Dom narrator feels like a nice compromise - partially relatable to most readers; be it subs, switches or doms.

But yes, I have thought about writing from the dominant/attacker perspective. Who knows what projects await in the future?

All options I can see have their merits, but these for me seem very interesting....

I'm torn between several options here (basically all of them bar 3), but I'll do

A - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SAMMY, DETAILING THE DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS SURROUNDING HIS NEW ROLE.
and
C - SAMMY'S CONTRASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHAD, HUNTER, MATT, & BRODY.

Some really promising and interesting scenarios here! I’ll pick Option A since it feels like a direct continuation of the story—I want to see how Sammy’s handling her new relationship, and it looks like there’s plenty of action ahead. My second choice is G, mostly because I’d love to see more of Brody (no surprise, I’m a fan of his), but also because I’m into college hazing stories too.

D - THE DIFFICULTIES SURROUNDING SAM'S UNEASY TENURE AS A CLAIMED BUT "INFERIOR" MEMBER OF THE TEAM.

Sooo...closing thoughts! Um...yeah were to I begin? I guess I'll start by saying that I have grown A LOT since beginning the deep dive into the stories of @bondagefreak and I can say with certainty that I was wrong about myself, what I thought I liked, what my tolerance is...or at least I'm beginning to question those initial boundaries and limits. It occurred to me while weaving my readings between this story, Easy Prey series, and diving into the conclusions of BnG in a Sleeping Bag Volume 5...I kind of like the idea of anyone of these hunky, muscle jock bullies having variable degrees of fun with my small, fun sized self! As much as Brody is a brute, the bulk of the story involves his loud hazing and predator torment of Sammy, his fiendish grin betraying his delightful satisfaction of the poor boy's muffled lamentations and I said before many times Brody would have me sobbing, mentally broken, and traumatized...BUT that was coming almost exclusively from the lens of a highly empathetic Subordinate lens. Much like with Steven's story up to about a week ago, my mind could not reconcile the emotional trigger of Sammy's plight, carrying over into scenes where he was out of sight, but not out of mind, stuck in that hogtied position in Chad's and Hunter's room. His presence kept me going back to those triggered moments of empathy which leads me to seek rectification for wrong-doing...which then festers in my thoughts, like a kind of appetite for justice. I was extremely angry by Sammy's brother, Mark, having put his little brother through this, my mind demanding retribution and penance for it. But it was only after that and the subsequent conclusion of the story that I realized how his lens blurred the lines and skewed my perspective. And when I got to a point, sometime in the last few weeks, where I could pull back that lens and let go of fear...I enjoyed it even more than I had before. So much so that I can say with confidence that 18 year old me would be in blissful delight receiving the jocks' collective hazing, even from Brody! yeah! I'm revising my answer! I am absolutely gonna submit to Brody if he demands it! I'm in no position to circumvent his will! He wants me! I wanna be his! Or Chad's! I remember a comment I made defending Brody, stating that he seems like the type who wants to make you tough through his hazing but if you prove that you can face it and not break so easily, he would grow a sense of respect and admiration for you. And I think there is some truth to that. I also realize that unlike Steven or Sammy, I don't need to be pushed into submission...I'm not starting at step 1 like they did. I'm on step 4 or 5! And yeah...some things I am not gonna like, I may even get really scared at, like breath control, being left bound and gagged all night afraid I'd choke on a hunky man's putrid sock, or faced with an activity that makes me feel UNSAFE. And that is the CORE of my needs and desires as a SUB. All of the main jocks featured in this story CAN make me feel UNSAFE at times, but its wrong and inaccurate for me to dismiss them as BEYOND MY CIELING or TOO INTENSE for me. Almost everything Brody does to Mark or Sammy is tolerable. The yelling...bring it on! (that was a problem through the empathy-distortion lens)...the smell socks and athletic gear...yes Daddy!...forced to smell Brody's and the other Jocks' toxic fart fumes that the Geneva Convention should consider classifying as a Weapon of Mass Destruction...*sniff* *gag* *repeat* yeah it will be nasty for sure, but they are the ones in control and deep down I want it that way. And it helps to understand that hazing is a part of Alpha male dynamics, but as its conclusion the one who endures it earns respect and a sense of comradery. The only thing that crosses a boundary now is breath control. Preventing a natural and vital function of my body...makes me feel UNSAFE...and if Brody did that to me, I'd panic, show him fear...and then probably tell Chad later...whether or not he would be receptive to my pleads to avoid such treatment...well that's a question for the writer. I do feel that Chad would make Brody relent from that one single thing that scares the hell out of me due to key moments of his rare and low, but effective empathy towards Sammy. This is why I resonated so well with Chad, even from the beginning. He strikes a good balance between the hazing and domination with tender affection and brotherly care. Its honestly so attractive to me that its intoxicating! And it really helped put a lot of these empathetic and frankly negative feelings to bed when you reach a satisfying conclusion like this (again I don't wanna spoil things too much)

So I guess a way to wrap up this rant is if you are reader like me and you are feeling the same empathy, thirst for justice, seeking that retribution for Jock Dom characters who genuinely act cruel and awful to the Sub characters, try to keep in mind that this is a fantasy meant to please a variety of readers for different reasons...and keep your mind open to all possibilities. Its not wrong to have empathy for the characters that endure the Domination of these hunky, beastly, and at times predatorial heartthrobs...but those beefy guys deserver empathy and fair judgement too, even someone like Brody. Half a year ago Andrew was my KING and perhaps one of only 3 guys I would of even survived bound and gagged next to...now...that title is being challenged by several other characters, including CHAD! And thanks @bondagefreak for your stories! They've given me a new perspective and there is a lot more to touch up on as I continue the BnG in a Sleeping Bag series.
