Stories of Tie Up Games

The "Garbled Characters" problem sounds to me like a character-code-page difference. If the original forum used the UTF8 character codes and the current one uses some other code page - or vice versa - then the fix might be as simple as digging in to the forum software's settings and changing the code page used so that it matches the the original.

At this point, should we just assume that the "tugstories.com" domain is not coming back, and accept "tugstories.blog" as being a permanent fixture?

(Or that if "tugstories.com" does come back, it will be no more than a redirect to .blog, with the .blog url being the preferred one to use.)
