Shayna Baszler was trained in mixed martial arts (MMA) by former Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Josh Barnett and in catch wrestling by Billy Robinson. She had her first professional MMA fight in 2006 and later gained recognition for her skills as a submission grappler. Baszler was signed by the UFC in 2013 for the reality television series The Ultimate Fighter and she would go on to have two professional bouts (0–2) in the company. She was cut from the UFC and started her professional wrestling career that same year, being trained by Barnett again. After spending some time on the independent circuit and World Wonder Ring Stardom Wrestling, Baszler signed with World Wrestling Entertainment, (WWE) in 2017. She would go on to become a two-time NXT Woman's Champion and a three-time WWE Woman's Tag Team World Champion!



In her early career Baszler, a khun kru (teacher) rank in Muay Thai and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, wanted to begin incorporating Josh Barnett's catch wrestling style into her MMA training. This proved to be somewhat difficult because she could not train with Barnett in Southern California, so Barnett wrote a syllabus and filmed a video to teach her the step-by-step techniques and concepts of catch wrestling and give her tips on how to improve her verbal skills. Baszler competed at the World Catch Wrestling Championship, winning the women's open weight division.

Barnett suggested that Baszler carry an electric guitar to the cage to show that she was outspoken. Baszler reluctantly agreed, and the guitar became a signature of her rockstar-like persona. Later, Barnett gave Baszler 'The Queen of Spades' nickname due to her ability to perform card tricks – the card magic nickname also gives a nod to her 'submission magic.' Baszler refers to her fans as the 'Queen's' Army. (She was made to drop this in the WWE as Charlotte Flair, daughter of major wrestling world champion and player Rick, demanded that she is the WWE queen and what Charlotte wants she gets)!



Baszler faced a veteran on debut but she lost the fight by technical knock out in the third round despite giving a great debut showing on the local run event circuit. She then faced another experienced fighter and further impressed as she won the fight by kimura submission in the first round! Baszler debuted for EliteXC tour at a ShoXC event after two brilliant matches, she submitted a veteran with a first-round armbar and repeated the feat three months later against her next opponent. After defeating another fighter with an impressive Twister submission at a third ShoXC event, Baszler moved up to the main EliteXC cards. Baszler next faced a Multiple time champion on CBS television but lost the fight via TKO in the second round to the famous champion! Following EliteXC's closure, Baszler debuted for The Strikeforce tour but lost by unanimous decision first fight. Shayna then fought several more fights winning most on various MMA tours such as Invicta fighting!



In her big break through, it was announced that Baszler was one of the fighters selected to be on The Ultimate Fighter and in her fight to get into the TUF house, Baszler faced won via an armbar submission in the first round. Baszler was then selected by Rhonda Rousey as the first team pick and the first fight of the season. Baszler lost to however after tapping out due to a rear naked choke in the second round. Baszler was expected to fight at the event finale but she pulled out of the bout due to an injury.



For her promotional debut, Baszler faced a mid card fighter but She lost the fight via TKO in the second round continuing her losing run.

Baszler faced a future UFC legend next and again she lost the fight via TKO in the first round after taking multiple leg kicks. After going 0–2 with the promotion, Baszler was released from the organization and went on to pursue a professional wrestling career, ending her MMA career with a very respectable record of twenty six fights and fifteen wins!



Her excellent acting skills on top of her legitimate hard rocker persona meant her career in professional scripted wrestling took off like a rocket! She quickly went from the Indie circuit to a dominant WWE NXT feeder tour champion to been pushed to headline Wrestle mania in her first main tour year! In the build up she eliminated the other five entrants in the elimination chamber and was a heel the fans loved to cheer! She was due to become Women's WWE champion that night tapping Becky Lynch out! However her push was stopped and she quickly fell down the event card and lost all her career momentum!



However her main push was stopped by Then owner and Chief Executive Vince McMahon, he only claimed he fought she looked to much like a cage fighter which baffled everyone for many reasons including; The WWE had now and in the past had several successful cage background fighters, Nothing was more legitimate hard than a cage fighter and also she was so OVER and making lots of MONEY! (The belief was with Rhonda Rousey coming in as a famous and successful UFC champion they wanted to push her and use Shayna as a 'sidekick' wrestler?) They gave Rhonda the push, titles, big event matches, you name it on the back of her UFC reputation without recognition of her weakness's in scripted wrestling! Her promo skills and selling were rubbish and crowds booed her, in her last match the fans cheered Shayna the heel wrestler over baby face Rhonda, who she beat by submission hoping would kickstart her career?



No one went near Shayna when she was mad and she knew this! Yet a blonde women in rock style clothing caught her attention as eyes locked on her! As she strode towards her not breaking eye contact and walking into and knocking over AJ Lee, (April Jeanette Mendez), Liv Morgan, (Gionna Jene Daddio), and Alexa Bliss, (Alexis Cabrera), this making Shayna grin as she felt each was soft, midgets in real life! 'Hi Shayna, I am Nicole Wallace, (Olivia D'Arbo), and you are my favourite wrestler since Chyna, (Joanie Laurer)! So this is what we are going to do to teach Paul Triple Douche a lesson!' Shayna didn't care how the woman knew or who she was? She just liked what she heard from her mouth! 'Go On I am listening'!



The match was supposed to be a fatal four way where she would take ALL her opponents best moves and while AJ Lee and Liv Morgan were outside the ring she would tap out to Becky's finisher like she did at Wrestle mania, after she broke Shayna's with ease! Things went as expected when Shayna instead decided to make Becky pass out! The fans were in shock as were Liv and AJ who stopped and watched draw dropped as Shayna pulled from under the ring her 'BDSM goodie bag'! She ragged off Becky's outfit to her green underwear and zip tied her wrist behind and to her ankles in a hogtie! Then she forced a worn thong into Becky's mouth after showing the fans and zip tied her mouth shut as well with the panties stuffing!



Shayna then chased the confused and very scared wrestlers AJ and Liv around the ring until they fell into the mouse trap! As they attempted to go through the ring to escape, Nicole had sabotaged the twenty foot hell in the cell for the main event to fall and trap the four wrestlers inside, not that Shayna was minding! In fear they didn't fight as Liv stripped to her red underwear and AJ to just her black panties as she was ordered to remove her bra as her 'tits didn't need a bra that tiny size' Shayna said for further humiliation! Liv then zip tied and gagged AJ as Becky was, (who had know woke up struggling!) Shayna got her Wrestle mania win for the title leaving Charlotte flair hog cuffed and white cloth cleave gagged in her gold underwear, such her trademark and pull now, even Charlotte's daddy couldn't stop this! Shayna as requested by Nicole ended her contract and waited for her to pick her up in her car! She actually had what she wanted now in the WWE but now she wanted to know what the mysterious new friend who made it possible offered?



'What the, what the hell Nicole?' Shayna looked in the back at Alexa Bliss and her mum in black panties and white bra for Alexa, (colours other way for her mum!) Reading previous comment and remembering I read something rather sad, that old retired wrestlers begin to believe they are actually the characters they play, gave me an idea to put to you mega? What if Shayna bazler actually started to believe she was her character and then started targeting her opponents in real life? Do think it would be a fun storyline to build on if you fancy it mega? Also I think Shayna character would make a brilliant villain as well to use in your short stories, mega?

Maybe the UFC AKA real fighters could get disgruntled that the WWE girls who have scripted and less harmful stuff are unhappy at been paid less so want to make a point in a BDSM Bondage and humiliation kind of way? Really great bondage and control story mega! The WWE girls really do sell well for these stories as lets be honest in real life AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Trish Stratus to name a few aren't really beating anyone up ever! I also like to add on to previous suggestion that Rhonda Rousey would be perfect canditate to show the before mentioned girls a thing or two about real fighting, after putting them all over at one point or another on WWE
