A personal experience (more the med side than the rescue side but similar vibe) but I had no idea that they strap you down for surgery until I needed emergency surgery and had my legs and abdomen strapped down. I was knocked out right about then, so idk if anything other parts of me were strapped ...

Incredible story and fantastic ending! The fake outs and tricks in the last two chapters were great, and I love how much of a game everything was. Amazing story blackbound!
