Taking requests, how should I tie myself up?

Materials:
- Rope (3 long coils ~ 10 feet, 6 medium coils of ~ 5ft)
- Handcuffs (keep in mind I'll need to be able to reach the key and escape on my own, lol)
- Duct tape
