For those of us who grew up in the age of YouTube and social media, you may be familiar with Duct Tape Challenges. They’re exactly what they sound like: a participant is tied up with duct tape and made to escape in a certain amount of time, usually to the amusement of their captor.

Perhaps a chair tie? You could even use duct tape instead of ropes! I’ve always liked chair ties that connect the ankle to the wrists or a support beam, suspending them off of the ground for added helplessness.

I’ve experimented a bit and have had some success getting around the restrictions.
