The idea for a fundraiser for students to donate money for some duct tape had been a great success. Apparently lots of us wanted to see the cute Spanish and history teachers duct taped to poles.

Realistically, I think anyone startled in their sleep would fight back out of instinct. But assuming I could actually figure out it wasn't anything serious, well, I'd still fight back. If it was enough people surprising me, I'd still probably get outnumbered, but that would at least still be more ...

Duct tape has to be it for me. It's something that's actually used for mundane purposes fairly often and the sound still triggers thoughts of using it to bind or gag someone.
