I like to use annoying sound clips on loop. The Friends theme song, Lambchop’s Song That Doesn’t End, and Rick and Morty’s Human Music are particularly good.

My personal best isn’t great, only 3.5 hours mummified. After I had a mini panic and needed out, I wrapped up my friend. I kept him wrapped up and hooded for 12 hours. He got into a zen zone and had no idea.
